Clean, comfortable stay

secured private carpark, location, amenities, spacious, very warm, and very very clean.

not very sound proof, can hear the car doors slamming at night, doors slamming in other apartments, buzzing noises from either the air con unit or fridge, or pipeworks? We couldn't quite work out what it was but it was throughout the night. I guess it is part of choosing an apartment to stay in so can't really complain :)

Loved staying so close to the majestic mountains!

Comfortable, clean and well equipped, secure parking and place to lock and store the bikes. Close to shops and restaurants as well as the walking/cycling path along the river.

Spectacular views, quiet, clean and well set up.

The location was great a few minute walk to the Remarkable shopping centre which you can get most things. Great parking under cover, the apartment was well equipped and very clean and the most spectacular views when the weather decided to play nice. Just a shame that we were there for the most rainiest time in 24 years....but being on the 4th floor (2nd on the lift) was peace of mind.

The lock on the door is confusing, You have to click the lever to the left to lock on the inside, if you don't do that the door does not self lock. Plus it was a little hard to unlock the door, I think the key hole needs a little maintenance. Couch not that comfy for relaxing on.

A great apartment for comfortable family stay!

Apartment super clean and in excellent location. Very well set up kitchen, warm heating, comfy beds, undercover parking. A very comfortable stay!

Pleasant, Great Location, Spacious, Clean and Car Parking too!

The Apartment was lovely, very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you needed! Even your own carpark space. Great location and would definitely stay again. The view from the Balcony was also a great bonus to wake up to every day.

The apartment bins were very small which meant having to change them very frequently.

the elevator wasn’t working for two days but was fixed in time for us to take luggage downstairs when we departed.

Lovely place, quiet, great views. Poor beds.

Great view, tidy, quiet, good location central to downtown Frankton, and a short drive to Queenstown. Close to great coffee, food, and services. Very quiet apartment, even this close to the airport.

The beds were far too firm, and consequently, vey uncomfortable, and led too poor sleep. Also, with someone moving furniture in, the elevator was locked for their exclusive use. Very inconvenient for one of party to use the stairs, having recently undergone total hip replacement surgery.

The inside of the apartment was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds super comfy, kitchen well set up with all the things you need if you want to cook. Nice clean towels. Washer and dryer is great to have as well. Key box was tricky to find but once you have it getting in was easy.

Newly constructed apartment, spacious bedrooms, great for family. Full-size kitchen. Nice and quiet with secured parking.

The views of the apartment is different from the webpage. The mountains view is blocked by construction site. Protential false advertising on the views?? Cleaning could be better, pee stain on the bathroom floors, blocked filter for clothes dryer, and sands in both washing machine and dryer.
