Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor street side and features a private bath with tub/shower combo.  Bedroom #4, located on the 2nd floor beach side, has a king bed and shares the hall bath with tub/shower combo with Bedroom #5 which is located second floor on the street side with a queen bed and set of bunks. All BATHROOMS feature COMPLIMENTARY hand soap, make-up removing wipes, starter toilet paper and a blow dryer. The open-concept kitchen, den and dining area located on the first floor makes a great family space to entertain. The well-equipped KITCHEN features granite cabinet tops, stainless steel appliances including TWO refrigerators and everything you need to make a gourmet meal. We furnish COMPLIMENTARY dishwasher pods & liquid, trash bags, cooking oil & spices, alum foil, plastic wrap, and plastic storage bags along with starter paper towels. You will find two coffee makers to enjoy a k-cup or 12 cup option and of course we provide COMPLIMENTARY coffee filters, creamer and sugar. The fenced-in BACKYARD is great for children.  There is even a retractable gate at the bottom of the stairs at the pool area to keep little ones safe from playing on the steps. Pool toys and lawn games including a soccer ball, football, cornhole, badminton and other outdoor games are provided in the outdoor storage box to enjoy a little competition.
