Professionally managed by My Huatulco Vacation, this colonial-style estate offers an opportunity for guests to experience one of Huatulco's finest vacation rental properties. With over 15,000 square feet of living space, you can enjoy this home's many amenities, such as the theatre room, two wet bars, a grand dining room with seating for 12, an oceanfront swimming pool, beach access and more. The gated entry sets the stage for the villa's regal entryway, with its stately gardens and custom woodwork. Walk into the upper level common area where you are immediately greeted with ocean views. The upper wet bar, lounge and informal dining area make up the grand room. Leading off of this area, you will find access to the ocean view master suite, the office area, theatre room, powder room and garden guest room. Not to be missed is this level's formal dining area where you can enjoy the custom locally crafted furnishings while you take in the surrounding garden and ocean views.
On the lower level, you will find two large ocean-view guest suites. Centered between these suites is the lower lounge and wet bar area and powder room. Amazing location. Gorgeous pool. Wonderful staff. Plenty of space for our family. Older house that does need some maintenance so don't expect everything to be perfectly new and shiny. there was construction going on at neighboring villa- so you might want to check in with agency to see if that is still happening. Private beach is beautiful but only the fittest should attempt to go down there. Overall great stay.

Incredibly simple from start to finish. The MHV team helped with every planning detail before and throughout our stay. There's nothing we didn't do during our week long stay. The culinary, hospitality, nature, sporting activities of Huatulco were plentiful. And coming back to the relaxing breezes of Villa Encantada at the end of each day made it all the better.

Villa Encantada's scenery and views of the ocean are absolutely stunning! It was PERFECT for my party of 4. Keep in mind that 1 bedroom in the home is MUCH smaller than the others and another bedroom (the honeymoon suite) is a bit of a walk from the house, and is located under the pool (none of my party opted to stay in this room due to distance and "feel" of the room). The openness of the home directly to the pool was incredibly welcoming. The staff was phenomenal and it was comforting knowing Eric lives on site and was available to assist with whatever was needed. The location was a short cab ride away from La Crucecita, but created no inconvenience. The neighborhood is gated, and other than the sound of the gorgeous ocean was quiet and peaceful.

This place was amazing! I would highly recommend it however the private beautiful and all as it is could be difficult to get to for older or out of shape folk. Also be careful with the water as there are no life guards on site and the tide can be strong. I struggled with it and I’m a strong swimmer. The wifi connection was not great and kept disconnecting. I guess this helped me actually be on vacation instead of working. Each room has its own AC and is super clean! Some of my family members did notice some bugs and mosquitos but not excessive. I would definitely return and our hosts were amazing!

Los espacios son súper cómodos, las recamaras muy amplias y la vista al mar impresionante! We rented this property in November and had an amazing experience. The ground staff, Max & Oscar were amazing and Sofia the housekeeper was fantastic. They did very well communicating with us as they spoke mostly Spanish. The property Management team was fantastic to deal with Cathy and Alex the Mexico team greeted us and helped us with dinner reservations, excursions. Would highly recommend this property and property management company to deal with. We plan to rent each year from them as was a great experience and very safe.
