My family travelled from all over the US to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. This property exceeded all our expectations! It was a beautiful location. The home is spacious, clean, with excellent amenities. We were all comfortable and it made the celebration weekend even more special. The host is fantastic as well. I hope to stay again soon.

We stayed in the house with 3 generations (ranging from ages 7 to 67). There was more than enough space for all of us and room to spread out. It rained most of the weekend but we made the most of it. The house is great, especially the bonus screened in porch. The location is good and it was clean. We didn’t get to use the outside space but there is plenty. The listing is accurate and we would stay again. It is a great rental!

Our family came to VT for a college graduation celebration. This house was perfect, with its five bedrooms and many comfortable living spaces. Clean, well-furnished. Beautiful screened porch, which was ideal for bug season in VT. Bob was very communicative, responsive, and flexible. Ideal location for Quechee, Woodstock, Hanover. Can't miss with this house.

Overall this house was good, and fit the bill for what we needed. Some of the furniture and walls are in need of an update, but mostly this property is as described. Plenty of room and great views. Kitchen well stocked.

Couldn’t be happier with another great year at this house! The owner is super communicative and helpful and the space accommodates a big group very comfortably. Location to Quechee is great as well!

The house was spacious and roomy. The bedrooms were set away from the living areas so the early risers did not disrupt those that wanted to sleep in. Kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook in. Great living room to gather in for a fire. Super convenient to Quechee ski area for a couple hours of skiing. We really enjoyed our stay in this house.

We were two families with a total of 4 adults and 6 kids up in VT for a weekend skiing at Killington. The drive is slightly far for Killington, but totally bearable. The house is in very good condition and easily had room for our 4 teenagers and 2 kids, as well as all adults, a nice living room and another room in the bottom floor for games and group activities. The house has access to the Quechee Club for a small fee, which we used, and is also very close to great shops/restaurants in Quechee and Woodstock. Great spot for a family/friends reunion - we all had a great time at this house!

Our family get-together was a big success due in part to the lovely accommodations! The layout and spaciousness afforded us a good balance of privacy and togetherness. The location provided easy access to shops and dining. The owner responded promptly to any questions. We highly recommend!

This property, in all ways exceeded our expectations! It was larger than it appeared in the pictures! A great place for family gatherings— everyone had their own large sized room. The different levels of the home afforded “ own floor” privacy for 2 full families + a single couple. Easy to checkin- super well equipped- right down to the beautifully seasoned fire wood. This house was perfect for our group of 7. From the beautiful views, ideal location and generous size, this home not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is very well equipped, and has absolutely everything one would need. After returning to the house in the evenings, we enjoyed sitting by the beautiful fireplace, chatting, playing games and enjoying our wonderful surroundings. The owner was very responsive when I had questions prior to our arrival. We are already planning a return to this property!

We had a wonderful time in this magnificent and well decorated home. We had a great family get together and the home had everything we needed . The views from the home are spectacular! We sat on the deck in the warm sun for hours! The large kitchen made preparing meals an ease and the adjoining dinning room a special place to gather to eat and enjoy the view as well. The bedrooms were all large and spacious and very comfortable. The house is located in an ideal spot for sightseeing. We were all very impressed! Thank you !

We are a group of 9 men in their 70's meeting each of the last 52 years to play golf, barbecue and reminisce re: High School. We have stayed in this property for many years and it is a perfect place for large groups. Great views !

We had a lovely stay here. The views are beautiful, the property is peaceful and the house had everything we needed. The large flat lawn was great for games and we the sun porch was delightful for dinner and relaxing. We hope to come back!

We enjoyed a wonderful week long stay at the Hillside home over the holidays. The home was comfortably furnished and very well supplied with all necessities. We have visited the area many times over the past 10 years and this was the one of the best homes we have stayed at. Hope to reserve again in the future.

This place is massive! It's close enough to Woodstock that the drive is 5-10 minutes and Bob was an excellent host. There's even apple trees out front to pick when in season. There are gates to block the little ones from going up and down the stairs from the main level. You can sit in the outside patio, dining room, or watch the huge tv in the living room. There's enough parking for 10 cars. All in all this place was great.

Beautiful location and views. We were in Vermont for a family wedding and this house easily gave us room for everyone and room to spread out with two living areas, a deck and fantastic screened porch. 15 minutes to Woodstock, 20 min to Hanover, a mile up the hill to gorgeous Sugarbush Farms, and a few steps down the hill to Quechee. Wonderful weekend and the house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed. Easy check in/out and great hosts. Thank you!

We stayed at the property for a guys golf wknd at the Quechee Club. We had 2 4-somes and Bob's property was perfect for the need for our group of eight gentlemen. Quick access to the course, local area and a perfect home base to start/end your day. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was perfect! We celebrated the Dartmouth 21 graduation for 6 of the hockey players with their families. It was spacious, clean and just perfect! I have already recommended it to others who have kids graduating from Dartmouth in 22. Thank you for your flexibility Bob

This house was wonderful and met all our needs. There is plenty of room and it is well maintained. We especially loved watching the hot air balloons from the back porch. It is a lovely house for a large group.
