For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.
Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.
Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. Stunning!
My family and I stayed in this house last summer. Every room has its own charm and welcoming feel. It had all the comforts of home but we felt like we were in a 5 star B&B. It was obvious that the owns really take pride in their home and have impeccable taste. The pool was perfect for the kids! Of course the easy access to the beaches and adorable town is what really thrilled us. We are definitely hoping to rent again, summer of 2019.

Perfect for a large family or a few couples looking to spend time together in a warm & beautifully decorated home. Prime location with easy access to the lovely town of Southampton & Coopers beach. A heated swimming pool in the backyard and kids playground and tennis court in the Cul de Sac. I will be back

Great Family Vacation
The property was exactly as described and pictured.. It was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was great! Mary is an excellent host and responded promptly to all our questions and requests. Breese at Stay Marquis is also very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time and we very happy with every aspect of the house and our stay. The house was clean, well maintained and lovely. We were very happy with the owners quick and efficient responses to any of the small issues we had during our stay and the professionalism of the entire arrangement.

Beautiful, comfortable home in South Hampton!
We had our annual college reunion here recently and loved how easy and comfortable this home was...and loved the tennis court across the street! Beaches were beautiful and we had a great time!

I had an amazing stay at 4 Winter Way. Mary, the property manager, was one of the nicest and helpful property managers I\'ve ever dealt with. The house was clean and spacious, the pool was pristine when we arrived, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

It had a nice patio and pool that I definitely will be back to take a plunge. It was to cold in April to spend much time outside. Although on a residential block I never saw my neighbors. Beautiful tall Arbor Viteas screen in the yard. Would highly recommend it. I know I’ll be back. Price was great too

Pristine elegantly appointed home away from home in Southampton
I simply loved this property - so spacious, yet intimate. Elegantly appointed, immaculately clean, cooks kitchen complete with everything a gourmet chef might require. I lived outside with the pool, fun inflatables, grill, patio furniture etc. I would highly recommend this property to adult friends, couples or families - close to town, short drive to beaches, farm stands, wineries etc - perfect base from which to explore the Hamptons.
