Tygodniowy pobyt w Bari

Lokalizacja - niedaleko centrum jak i dworca. Pieszo bez problemu :-) Do marketów typu Lidl 1km, mniejsze sklepiki bliżej. Nasz apartament był odnowiony, chociaż wyposażenie w kuchni bardzo skromne. Brakowało też choćby kocyka (do przykrycia były tylko prześcieradła.) Gospodarz miły, pomagał w razie potrzeby. Zdarzało się, że podczas naszej nieobecności doniósł nam coś czego brakowało.

W mieszkaniu czuć wilgoc, wszystko wydawało się być wilgotne. Okienka w całym mieszkaniu były tylko 2 (jedno w sypialni i jedno w kuchni) i wychodziły na mały dziedziniec. Praktycznie brak naturalnego światła. "Ogrody" to mały dziedziniec w środku kamienic. Problemem był też prąd, wyrzucało korki podczas używania piekarnika. Na szczęście gospodarz pomógł je włączyć ponownie. Netflix niby był "na wyposażeniu" ale jednak go nie było (logowanie na zasadzie kto pierwszy, ten lepszy). Na podwórku są kamery (skierowane na wejścia do mieszkania i na stół z krzesłami- miejsce do odoczynku). Może niektórym to nie przeszkadza, ale my czuliśmy się trochę dziwnie i niekomfortowo. Właściciel remontuje pozostałe apartamenty więc codziennie od rana było słychać młoty, udary, wiercenie, wyburzanie drzwi itd. Mieszczą się one zaledwie kilka metrów od naszego więc hałasu i pyłu było dużo. (Na tym samym dziedzińcu, naprzeciwko). Powinna być o tym wzmianka przy rezerwacji.

Unzufrieden

Unfreundliche Aufnahme, weil ich Spreche kein Englisch und Italienisch und der Empfänger war sehr unfreundlich. Auf der Tür hängt Note 9.2 2020, aber jetziger Zustand ist von mir max.. 7.0, keine Säuberung, keine frische Handtücher wie sagte Francesko "wir kein Hotel".

very good stay!

Good location, very close to the train station and about 20 minutes to the old town. There are many shops and places to eat in the area. The patio is just like in the photos - super nice. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom small but clean. The kitchen has everything we needed. What I liked the most - the water dispenser in the kitchen! Our flight was in the afternoon and we could leave our luggage until late. Very comfortable. Overall - a very good stay!

ベビーベッドを設置してくれた。駅から近い。

ベッドルームは一見、綺麗だったが寝てみるとマットは薄く柔らかく、寝心地が悪い上、ベッドカバーはスナック菓子の匂いがして不快極まりなかった。また、キッチンには色々道具は揃っているが、お皿やフォークなど、使用したままの汚い物が入っており、非常に不快だった。

The only advantage is the proximity to the city center.

The property was located close to the city center (about 10 minutes walk) and to the airport (via metro). The host seemed friendly and helpful.

No one came to clean or take out the trash. The hot water pressure was low or not running at all during night time, the towels and the dishes looked dirty. Part of the door frame fell off due to wind and we had to reattach it. The same issue was in the bathroom, where the frames were moldy and peeling off due to moisture. Even if close to the center, the area where the property is located looks like a slum. We checked in (and out) on time. The host takes feedback personally and gets defensive (as it can be seen in all negative reviews, it's never their fault), instead of fixing the issues people have been complaining about in their reviews. We've left the apartment in the same shape we've found it, but to anyone going there, please take photos of the apartment, otherwise they'll blame you for anything broken.

Tolle Unterkunft auf einem großen Hinterhof.

Geile Unterkunft für große Gruppen, die trotz Privatsphäre gemeinsam unterkommen vollen. Kleine Zimmer mit kleinen Küchen und kleinem Bad - aber alles sauber und ausreichend. Im Innenhof kann zusammen oder auch alleine gesessen werden. Direkt am Eingang gibt es auch ein Kiosk und weitere kleine Läden. Park kann etwas schwierig werden.

La amabilidad de Francesco. Muy disponible para todo lo que necesitamos y más aún. Las habitaciones son completas y limpias. La ubicación es muy cercana a la estación de metro, la estación central de trenes y de autobus

Really good place

This place boasts an excellent location, situated close to the town center and surrounded by numerous markets. Additionally, there's a convenient 24/7 vending machine nearby for late-night drinks and snacks. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the accommodations are both comfortable and modern. It's not your typical hotel; here, you'll find amenities like an oven, washing machine, TV, and an outdoor table for enjoying your coffee. Despite the full occupancy when we arrived, noise was not an issue, and a friendly atmosphere prevailed among the other guests. With all three doors securely locked, safety is guaranteed, making your stay worry-free. And let's not forget, the WiFi here is top-notch, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to fellow travelers exploring Bari.

Lovely apartment great for two people.

The lady in the house was smoking there which wasn’t very nice to enter to. The spare bed was quite noisy and hard to fall asleep on it.

If you want a flat near the centre I absolutely recommend it.

Francesco was a really nice host. He was waiting us in the flat. He even helped us to find a good parking lot. The flat is big and well equipped, perfect for spending the nights after a trip. If you want to cook the kitchen is excellent for that.

During our two nights the neighbours were far too loud listening to music and having a chat in the middle of the night. I suggest an ear-plug.

Budget as budget goes, good value for money, could be better

Location is fantastic, near to railway and subway, but also at walking distance to most important places of interest in the city. Place is amazingly quiet, in the courtyard of a residential building on an otherwise very busy street. Owner is really helpful and attentive, no problems there.

Our apartment did not have internal doors - just folding plastic thingies that were noisy and uncomfortable to use,(especially at night) and did not provide sufficient privacy. I was amazed that the proprietor, who is otherwise really up to using modern technologies (in a good way) chose to dispatch with a thing so simple as a... door.

Mischmash of glasses (3 different wine glasses, no set). Old scratched cooking pan. Only Italian TV channels. Small TV. Small shower (2 people cannot fit).

Practical location - 10/15 minutes walk from the old town (not much) but close to transportation. Not noisy at all, easy comfort, owner Francesco made it all very practical. Recommended!

NOTHING, this was A SCAM, the actual apartment was absolutely nothing like the one shown in the pictures in the listing. ALL the rooms were MUCH smaller than the ones shown in the listing, (for example the sofa bed in the bedroom could not be fully opened out as the room was too small for it). I couldn't stay in this apartment as it was far too small and not able to sleep myself and my 2 children. I contacted the host, who just lied and said it was the same appartment as in the pictures (it was nothing likebit at all) and so i had no alternative but to book another appartment. DO NOT BOOK THIS

Exceptional

What a beautiful entrance, as soon as you step into the patio you are momentarily dazzled by how beautiful and inviting this looks. We only spent 5 days here, but we were completely satisfied, be it the service, the cleanliness or the comfort. The host is so accommodating and tries everything possible to make your time as memorable as possible. I've traveled a lot so far and I have to say that this accommodation is definitely in my top ten and I'm not exaggerating!

Overall, it was nice and convenient for a short stay. We’d recommend it and would return.

The establishment is like a small camping with attached units all sharing an internal courtyard. Everything was nice looking and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was no coffee maker. All units are on ground floor, no steps. Secure entry. Convenient location near the station. Beware there is no lift to street level above the train stop, only steps.

The unit was dark, no window in the kitchen, one has to keep the door open for natural light. The bed was very soft. The bathroom was too tiny an impractical to use the bidet. As all windows and doors open to the shared courtyard, there was some noise from other guests.

Frank - the owner is very friendly, helpful and really nice.

I enjoyed my stay in Bari. It was not my first time in Bari, I liked the location of the flat and that it was really clean. Also there were kitchen supplies, glasses, dishes and a corkscrew! The mattress was really comfortable, and bed was big enough.
