Had everything you need. Walking distance to wonderful shopping, eating and river views. Bonus: fun art corner with paints, brushes. FYI is located at top of long stairs.

Wonderful place to stay with friends for a weekend in charming Stillwater. Location could not be better, and the apartment was perfect for a girls weekend away. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment as it’s super convenient to downtown and a great location. The apartment was perfect for 4 friends. The rooms were clean and had most of what we needed. It was easy to reserve. The bedroom with the Murphy bed needs a mirror to get ready in the morning. The mattresses could use mattress toppers as they are kind of hard. The toilet area could use a curtain for privacy as shown in pictures when more than 1 person is in the bathroom. The owner was responsive to my VRBO messages until the day before our stay. I messaged her 3 times throughout our stay with no answer. However, hopefully if I would have called or texted her phone number we would have gotten a response. We appreciated the parking pass to use during our stay. We would definitely stay again and would suggest the apartment to others. Thank you!

A friend and I planned a girl's weekend & Kari's apartment was perfect. It was in a great location for walking around downtown Stillwater & had parking nearby. If you like a dark bedroom, chose the front one. If you enjoy sunny mornings, the second bedroom is flooded with natural light. We had a great stay & plan to be be back another time. Thanks, Kari!!

5 high school friends stayed one evening in beautiful Stillwater. We loved the walkability of this location to the shopping, restaurants/bars and walking paths. The apartment was a very cute, clean, perfectly situated place for a weekend getaway.

This ended up being the perfect location and amount of space for our girls weekend. It was easy to come and go as needed and we were able to hang out when we weren’t exploring Stillwater. We would stay here again.

I absolutely loved the apartment. It was very clean and a great location. The staff in the art studio were friendly and helpful. We had a family girls weekend and were able to walk to all our destinations. Will definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. This was our second time staying there. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The steps going up to the apartment are very dirty. Bugs and dirt on the windowsill before the steps. It was obvious the cleaning personnel never cleaned the shower. The previous guest left their toiletries in the shower. Big spiderweb in the bathroom. The throw rugs need a good washing. The baseboards are dusty and dirty. Carpets need to be replaced or cleaned. Kari is sweet and kind. She was always prompt to answer my text. If you give it a good cleaning it would be perfect.

Our family had a fantastic week-long stay in Stillwater. The accommodations were perfect. Close to activities and restaurants. The apartment met all out needs and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here whether you are seeking an adult escape or a family vacation. We were busy everyday with nearby attractions: the St. Croix River, the many festivals in Stillwater, farmers markets, restaurants and bars. We had such a great time that our whole family wants to return next year.

My family was visiting from out of the country with two teenagers. It was the perfect location for energetic teens to wander and explore safely. The property itself was perfectly set up: rooms were the ideal size, bathroom was cute, spacious living room and even a little nook for privacy. It was a great use of space: clean, stocked with essentials (coffee, filters, laundry detergent, paper products) and well decorated. The host was communicative and answered all questions. Highly recommend. Will absolutely use again.

Great place for a girls getaway! Not for someone who can’t climb a flight of stairs but very convenient for walking, shopping and touring downtown. Quiet at night and even nicer than the online pictures.

Bathroom is odd and hard to use toilet and shower. Beds and furniture should be updated to be more comfortable. Having coffee for the coffee maker would have been a nice touch.

We came to Stillwater for a wedding and chose Kari’s place for the location and spacious interior. Kari is very communicative which made checking in a breeze. The pictures did not do justice to this charming space! Meticulously cleaned and we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better. It’s central to shops, restaurants, and nightlife so anything you’d like to do in Stillwater is a short walk away. I would absolutely recommend Kari’s place!

My mom and I stayed here during a girls weekend trip to Stillwater. The location could not be more perfect! It was fun to be able to step out of the rental and be right in the middle of the downtown strip near all the restaurants and shops. The rental was clean, beds were comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great! Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!
