This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath single family home is located in the gated Stoneybrook Golf Community. It features magnificent lake and golf course views from the all-paved, screened in, 1000 sq. ft. lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with views of a beautiful sunset. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar with views of the living room and patio. The master bedroom comes with a full walk in closet and an adjoining master bathroom with his and her sinks, full sized tub and shower. The remaining bedrooms are spacious and perfect for a relaxing stay in Southwest Florida. Stoneybrook Golf Community is located in the center of Estero, conveniently next to multiple high-end shopping, Southwest Florida International Airport, and I75. The family-friendly community has a public golf course and multiple amenities such as a fitness room, three community pools and spas, basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, bocce ball court, and tennis and volleyball courts. The beautiful and award-winning Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach are within a 15 minute drive from this home. Or if you prefer a little adventure, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding can be enjoyed down the Estero River or at nearby Koreshan and Lovers Key State Parks. Stoneybrook Golf Community and our vacation home is perfect for you and your family!

My husband, mother, 1 year old son, and I had a wonderful stay at Jeanne's home. We stayed for 2 months and the house was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel at home. My husband and I had enough space and wifi strength to both work from the house. The lanai was a great place to relax with an amazing view of the water!

I only have great things to say. The property was better than the pictures (and they look good), the owners were very accommodating and responsive and we enjoyed the location. I would 10000% stay there again.

My wife and I loved staying at Jeanne’s home. It has a wonderful layout, is immaculate , and is located in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Jeanne and her daughter Lauren are awesome! They were very responsive and made sure that all of our needs were taken care of.

Stayed here for the month of March 2018. This house has it all. Beautifully laid out. You can see the large lanai from all the major rooms. My husband enjoyed fishing in the back pond every day. Very comfortable. Owner is very nice. Stoneybrook is a perfect location from airport and for shopping and dining.

We would highly recommend this five star home for a vacation in Estero FL. The home is very large and relaxing. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The neighbors are very friendly also. We rented this home for Christmas 2017. It was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for the entire family. The lanai is large with a great view of the pond. we have been going to Estero Florida for many years and this is by far the best we have rented. Jeanne is wonderful and we look forward to coming back.

My husband and I stayed in this home for the month of March in 2017 and we could not have been more pleased and relaxed. Jeanne made sure that we felt right at home with everything provided for us. Her home is in pristine condition with a jaw dropping view of the lake and golf course during sunset. I could have slept outside every night under the gazebo. Our worries disappeared during this vacation. We will definitely be back to Southwest Florida if this home is available for my family and me. Do not let this home slip away if you are considering booking. You will have no regrets!
