Honolulu, island tours, North Shore Oahu, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve, Pearl Harbor, Dole Plantation, luaus, golfing, jetsking, beach catamarans, evening cruises and all Waikiki attractions are all easily accessed.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.

Parking: Parking is available for $45 per day, payable upon arrival to Elite Parking. (valet)

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

The sliding door lock sucked. The TV wouldn’t work, no directions for anything. The lagoon stunk, the ocean sand was really hard, Buying food in that area, was hard to find. Maybe some numbers for certain places to eat would be better. And directions.

Conveniently located at the western end of Waikiki beach. Good access to the beach, shopping and dining options. Well appointed apartment with comfortable beds and sofa bed available. While the apartment has had some refurbishments, the kitchen and bathroom are showing their age.

Great stay and easy check-in directions and communication. Photos were accurate and the view even better than we expected. Plenty of furniture and kitchen utensils. There was everything needed for a fantastic holiday.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ilikai 1820. Condo is well set up and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely lanai. Location is perfect with easy access to the lagoon and beach, the Ala Moana shopping mall, and plenty of other shops and restaurants.

Nice place with great view. Building is somewhat dated but the apartment has been updated with normal wear and tear evident. Parking is tough unless you choose the $45 per day valet. Mattresses and pillows could use a refresh. Good value for the price and location.

The condo was exactly as listed. Beautiful views and perfect location. It was a bit small for two adults and 2 older teen children, but we weren’t there a lot and had no problem making it work. It would be the perfect size for smaller kids. We would rent this unit again if ever back without the kids!

The location and amenities were wonderful. However, I continued to have problems with the TV the entire stay. First, I couldn't get the input correct, and when I finally did, the volume wouldn't change. Other than that, great unit! Stayed with extended family (they were in a larger unit) at the Ilikai.

We spent a week in this location and thought it was great. Good proximity to the beach, pools, and dining at the Hilton resort next door. Most of the local tours would pick up directly at the location or next day making it easy to see the island without a car.

Home away from home

After a hiccup with the door code not working we finally got into this lovely apartment. As soon as you open the blinds and look out the balcony all was forgotten. It was nice, clean and comfortable. The double beds were comfortable as well though a bit small (since we are used to a king bed!!) but we still slept well. Being on the 18th floor the view is as you see in the photos. There were an abundance of bath towels and beach towels as well as a beach umbrella, beach chairs. We will definitely book this apartment again when we return to Hawaii.

We were very pleased with our stay at Ilikai. Room was pleasant and clean, beautiful view, convenient services on property and excellent valet parking. Plus good restaurants nearby within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this - even though the fireworks view was actually blocked by the adjoining building. You could see the fireworks at the top of the building - but not a complete view. Each night we had a view of the Luau at the Hilton, which was an unexpected bonus The kitchen is terrific - complete with everything you need. The apartments are so close to everything. Sure the room could do with an update - but we just loved it. We'll be back!

Our arrival was easy. The manager was at the unit doing some last minute checks and set the code when we were there. The condo was comfortable and well equipped and we enjoyed the gorgeous view. We have stayed at the Illikai for several trips to Oahu and love its convenience to everything . Mahalo.

We enjoyed our stay at Ilikai 1820 very much. The condo came equipped with everything we needed and the view was amazing! It was spacious, especially since we had only 2 people but I think 4 could comfortably stay here. The Ilikai had shopping, restaurants and things to do which was also a nice addition. On Fridays there are fireworks close by that you can also see which was great. Close to restaurants and right on the beach, lagoon and 2 pools. I would return if I came back to Waikiki!

Great apartment in a fantastic location

Fantastic, clean apartment with plenty of room. We recently visited with our 5 and 3 year old children and it was perfect for us. Great kitchen facilities and an unforgettable view. Loved that we stayed right on the fringe where all the excitement was without the noise and disruption that comes with staying on the main road. Great food, drinks and coffee super close. Thanks so much for providing such a great place to stay. Can’t wait to come back! Mahalo!

Great location, amazing view, worked great for our family! Thank you for the perfect amount of towels! Was a little crowded and my husband would hit his shins on the bed frame. Also could use an updated coffee maker - I love coffee on the balcony!! Mahalo!!

I loved this room #1820. The view was amazing looking over the beach and lagoon and even partial harbor view. I would recommend this room. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. As a matter of fact I didn’t wanna leave. I was wishing I could live in the condo 😊🏖🐠🌈🌊🏊🏼‍♂️
