This is our 5th stay and we just love our yearly vacation here. They have made tons of upgrades and the house is always well stocked. Easy access to the water & beautiful views.

Air didn’t work. Dishwasher moldy. Swing broken. House inside and out wasn’t cleaned when we arrived.

House is located on the beach and perfect for a family vacation. They have been improving the house a little at a time over the last 2 years and have made some wonderful updates.
The only downside is the downstairs AC didn’t work this stay (hopefully it’s fixed quickly) and there is no longer a tub to bath little kids. Other than that it is a wonderful getaway. Kitchen is well stocked and everything else functioned well. Will stay here again.

Loved the location. Beds were comfy. roaches showed up during our week stay. Grill was disgusting. Pots and pans need updated. Chairs in dining room need fixed. Ladder to bunk beds needs fixed. No lights outside on back porch. Shard of glass were discovered on back porch. Our niece got a piece of glass stuck in her foot and unable to get it out. Hoping it will make its way out soon. Lots of nails and screws left on carport. Lift was great!

This was our second time staying here. We have enjoyed it both times!! Some great changes have been made since our last stay like a new stair case and new furniture! WiFi worked great this time, house was cleaner and less cluttered, and kitchen was well stocked. We truly love staying here💕

Great sunrise! House itself needs some TLC. 4 lock boxes with keys....mark the front door box! Then, it does not matter. Front door lock, DID NOT WORK! Even with emailing to get instructions!
Several 2x2 around porch and balcony were hanging loose, we had small kids. Needs a partial paint job. The chairs around the table are old and shaky. Boards to keep you from falling through do not work outll. REPLACE THEM! Pans were old and wore out. Take your own. Replace shower curtains. Mold on the bottom. Decorative items above bathroom windows need attention. Washer and dryer work good. Overall, we had a Great time!

We enjoyed the easy access to beach and layout of the house. Plenty of space for all. Had a few maintenance issues door being primary one. Vacasa was very responsive but problem was not permanently fixed so that was a big frustration

The house was dirty and moldy. There were dead cockroaches on the floor and kitchen counters. The toilet in one bathroom was stopped up. The swing on the deck was bowed and broken. The upholstery on the furniture was torn and a couple of the dining room chairs were busted through with a piece of plywood laid on top. Would not recommend

Nice clean rental, close to the beach! No issues everything was as expected. Bring a blanket if you sleep cold. 4 couples stayed here comfortably with bathrooms for each couple and one off living room. Perfect

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would rent again. House was stocked well, lots of towels, soaps, detergent pods, toilet paper, etc. Beach location was amazing and that’s why we were there anyway. The AC worked phenomenally although it kept resetting to the heat setting which was annoying. We had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc that we needed.
My biggest concern is that the smoke detectors were removed and not reinstalled.
Other than that the negatives weren’t deal breakers. I’m only listing them so people know what to expect. There was a ton of dust on the fans. We turned them on and dust bunnies literally started flying off. The WiFi did not work the entire week were there. There were tons of DVDs and 2 DVD players but one didn’t work and the other didn’t have a remote and was therefore useless. There wasn’t a dust pan, mop, or cleaners so it was hard to really hard to clean up thoroughly. The dishwasher did not clean very well so we ended up hand washing everything. The listing said there is was a gas grill but there wasn’t one. Again….not deal breakers.
The house had everything we needed though and we really enjoyed our stay.

House has a good layout and is well equipped. There are several things that need repair and the dust was really bad. When calling for assistance with AC it was 2days before we received a response. It was 80+ degrees downstairs.

House is roomy and met all our needs but not very clean. Downstairs hallway bath had trash that had not been emptied. Outside bins were so full nothing could be added. Ceiling fans and many areas very dusty.
Had a few plumbing issues but maintenance was very quick to respond. Had plumber out within one day. Brought extra towels as towels were used to clean and dry plumbing leak.
Door had hole punched in it and upstairs bath had patch which was so poorly done no one felt safe using. Drains are all slow and water pressure very light.

A great location with excellent beach access…well provisioned but the lack of blankets or bedspreads on all the beds was a problem if you like to keep it cool for sleeping purposes. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

The view is fantastic. The house has plenty of room for a family. Lots of personal space for everyone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & a general one in the living room area. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Was very disappointed. Don't plan to cookout the grill didn't work. And after personally face to face talking to the property manager, nothing was done about the mold, the grill or anything else. Never saw him again or talked to him. The home looks clean on the surface, but don't looked and the vents, the air filters or the mold on the shower curtains or the blinds in the shower. Ripped an torn dining room chair seat cushions. Don't be scared by the kitchen cabinet wood accent framing falling to the counter. Or the striker on the front door not letting the door latch or even lock at times. This beautiful home needs lot of attention and love before many more people rent it. I hope the owners get this review. Also spindles on the deck need attention, a big safety issue. It worked for housing our 9 family members. The beach was GREAT! It would have been nice to know their where supplies for the beach in the shed and we would have been told that we could open it with the key. We found out 1 day before we left. There were no dish tags, dish towel or even hot pads. They left 2 trash bags and two dishwasher liquid pods for our 4 night stay. We had to buy hands soap and wash clothes. Not enough the house. There was a lot of sand in the dryer. We had to vaccum it out before we used it. Not surprised about the sand, but think a paid cleaning service should have found that and took care of it. I have pictures if anybody really cares to see them.

The grill, ice machine, d4ains in the bathroom sinks, DVD player, and 2/5 tvs don't work. Don't advertise if it isn't available.
The dining room chairs are broken and hazardous. (My 8 year old fell through and scratched her back bad)
The pictures are OLD. The house is not in that condition anymore... not even the decor is accurate. And everything is SO DUSTY... like OH MY LORD... DUSTY. No one has swept under beds/ tables/ couches nothing in literal years based on the amount of build up and all the pictures and decor is caked in dust. Oh and the upstairs bathroom has a big hole in one of the tubs and then the other is full of mildew.
There was everything we needed and the overall stay was fine. The location was great and vacasa was easy to communicate with. But I was truly disappointed with the condition on the home.... must be why it's cheaper than the surrounding ones... who knows
But definitely shouldn't advertise having things that don't work and fix those chairs before another kid gets hurt

Sent email previously as to issues— the toilet handle broke in one of bathrooms so was unusable, the front door handle kept falling off, the dryer didn’t dry clothes—and no outside garbage can to throw trash away

It was sunrise in paradise.
Configuration of the bedrooms and the size of kitchen/living room was terrific for a large family! The location was great and a short walk to the water made it very handy. The only thing was the kitchen counters were dirty in the back as well as floors were not too clean upon arrival. A few lights were burned out but vacasa responded quickly and took care of those issues very ASAP.

This is a lovely house with great views. But it needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance other than cleaning service saying its clean.. They refunded my cleaning deposit after we left a day early due to mold started to show.out of the vents. Was a lot disappointed in cleanliness

Nice getaway
This was a great house. Love that all rooms had their own bath and that there were 3 king size beds! Spacious and inviting. Being able to use the fireplace was great since it was in the thirties when we arrived. We brought our own fire wood. The dishwasher was broken and being replaced so we had to hand wash dishes which was not the best. I think my worst complaint would be that the kitchen is not stocked very well for cooking. Pots and pans were scarce and mix and match if you could find one to use. Could definitely use some TLC in the kitchen.
