Absolutely spot on!

Everything was perfect, the beds and pillows are the comfiest I’ve ever had. Fabulous views, I relaxed immediately. Many thanks to Daniela who helped us rescue our car on our first day in the rain!

The sofa wasn’t very comfortable but we didn’t use it anyway.

I would always recommend to friends and family

Beautiful apartment and the really clean, especially the pool area compared to other accommodation we stayed in Italy. Exceptional views of Lake Garda.

Walking back from the town was a steep incline walking back, but we got used to this after a few days and did the walk in the morning or evening when it was cooler.

Beautiful lake view, good size apartment, very good pool area. Host was rude and check out experience was bad.

It was the worst check out that our group (we were 2 couples) ever experienced. Dany call us 9:40 (check out was only 10) screaming at the phone saying that the apartment was full of garbage and rang up in our face (she did not even let us explain that we were still cleaning the apartment, packing our things and putting everything in our car). We met her in the apartment and she was complaining about a tooth paste that we left in the bathroom, and that there were food left inside the fridge. We talked to her that we still had time before the official check out and that we would take everything, but there was no need to scream at her guests and rang up the phone in our faces. She did not apologise and just said “have a nice trip back home”. It was also not understood by the check in where the plastic and the glass bottles should go, if there was any recycling/ different color of garbage bin, and any other expectation of the checkout. She could have explained all of that during the check in, but she didn’t. Also, it would be good to have some house rules guidelines on the apartment itself. That way we would have been on the same page. Nevertheless, screaming at the guests was unnecessary and unacceptable from my point the view. The situation should have been handled completely different from a host perspective.

Great view of the Lake, very modern, clean and well equipped apartment. Good location.

The apartments are exceptional. Very clean, modern and in very good condition. We were in apartment 12, which was a ground floor apartment, it was much bigger than expected. Nice patio area to sit at, the sun is full on the front first thing, and the views of the lake are great! There is an umbrella to give some shade. The rooms are large, and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped with pots, crockery, glasses. There is ample parking at the apartments, and the grounds are well kept, the gardener was there daily. Dany is on hand if you need her, and you will often see her checking to make sure everything is as it should be on the site. There is air con in the living and bedroom areas, a lovely large walk in shower. The harbour is a short walk......down hill going. Be advised it is a cobble road, and is a bit steep on the way back up, but it burns the calories off from the lovely meals you can have around the harbour, and you don't have to do it in one hit. The harbour is very relaxed, and much quieter location than some other areas we visited, which was lovely. The beach is also walking distance, we didn't visit, but saw lots of people coming and going. the pool is a lovely temperature and there are ample sun loungers. These are available on two levels, so you don't have to be around the pool if you do not want to be. Also another great view of the lake from it.

Mosquitos! Nothing the host can do anything about it, but I do advise you wear some form of protection both day and night. You are near water and its very green - they really liked me! lol.

Most relaxing holiday in a long time!

Dany spoke to us on phone the day before, v reassuring re the check in procedure The beautiful gardens The video for entrance, which kept the view a surprise The whole thing, attention to detail, the pool area, the small number of apartments- it was nice to hear others…but there was respect that these were in the grounds on the owners home - felt v safe & secure… The 10 min walk to town The view - spectacular!

Perfect - loved it and will probably go again!

Stunning view of the lake - so relaxing. I didn't want to leave! And Gargnano was great - not as touristy as other places around the lake

Superb

Spacious modern appartment, very clean. Beautiful view over lake. Nice swimming pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Within walking distance of beach and town with plenty of restaurants

Exceptional

Stunning Apartments with lovely views. Spotlessly clean, everything was as new. Pool is small but never overcrowded with sunloungers always available, and again is spotlessly clean and has views of the lake. Staff were friendly and very efficient, these holiday apartments are very well run.. Location was great for touring the lake or taking a short stroll into Gargnano with a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Was sorry to leave this apartment, we had a fantastic holiday here.

We loved everything about these apartments but may be tricky for people with mobillty issues.

Very nice 👌

We (4 adults) spent 5 nights at Residence Dany. We were very excited about the place. The flat is newly built (2021), nice and clean. It sits on the hillside with a beautiful overview of the lake. Each flat has a small private terrace where we enjoyed most of our meals. The kitchen is well equipped (stove, fridge and dishwasher) for cooking all meals. Bedrooms have nice beds and aircon. Last but not least nice big bathroom. We had almost the pool for ourselves it was also nice and clean. The staff was sweet and nice. They even helped us with a key since we did not make the check-in window do to terribly traffic in Germany. The communication was nice at helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good

wonderful view from the balcony to Garda lake, everything new and clean and neat.

the beds were not comfortable at all. Although they were obviously new (box spring bed) the mattress was extremly hard, not suitable if you sleep on the side (as I do). I know this kind of mattrass from other hotels but there has always been a soft topper on top of the mattress which is definitly missing here. As I set a high value on a comfort bad on vacation I would not book this place again.

Great place to be in lovely Gargnano

Quick and hassle-free check-in (and - out), even that we arrived earlier. Lucky to get our luggage transported to our apartment. All installations are pretty new and very well maintained.
