Elegant and family friendly, this large villa blends countryside and coastal Tuscany all in one holiday. Within 40 minutes are the beach communities of Forte dei Marmi and Versilia beach. Bikes are available upon request, as is an English-speaking chef.

The villa offers 480 sq.mt/4,460 sq.ft of living space, sleeps 12 adults in six bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
• Formal entrance into central hall with stairs to first floor
• Spacious living room with working fireplace and modern linen-covered sofas. Large plasma TV, Satellite TV and DVD. Double doors leading to the garden.
• Dining room with table for 12 and Venetian chandelier.
• Fully-equipped kitchen with eat-in table for eight, opening on a courtyard with large table for al fresco dining and BBQ (stove, large oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, espresso maker, slicer)
• BEDROOM #1 (twins can combine) with en-suite bathroom (shower)
• Laundry (washing machine and dryer) for guest and staff use.

BEDROOM #2 Double bedroom with garden and pool view.
Shared bathroom (enclosed shower stall and tub with hand-held shower) with double sinks.
BEDROOM #3 Double bedroom overlooking al fresco dining courtyard (fountain can be heard).
Shared bathroom (enclosed shower stall and tub with hand-held shower) with double sinks.
BEDROOM #4 Twin/Double bedroom with garden view.
BEDROOM #5 Twin/Double bedroom with garden view.
BEDROOM #6 Double bedroom with pool view.
En suite bathroom (shower stall and cast-iron tub with hand-held shower) with double sink.
Garden:
• 12x6 pool with pergola, umbrellas and sun beds. The entire area around the pool is fenced (not the pool itself)
• Large outdoor dining area in an intimate courtyard with table seating 12 people, BBQ
• 3000 sqm of garden immediately surrounding the house with roses lavender, oleander and rosemary.
• Alfresco shaded garden living area
• Private Chapel
• Carport for 5 cars
Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, daily cleaning 2 hrs/day, gardner and pool maintenance, Wi-Fi, baby bed upon request, pool towels
