The first thing guests will love when entering this house are the gorgeous views from the open living space. This area contains a large living room, modern kitchen, and dining table, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and bar seating. There are several comfortable seating options in the living room where everyone can enjoy the game or a movie on the flat-screen TV after a sun-filled day. The dining table provides ample seating and is perfect for enjoying any meal together.
When enjoying the views from the windows, you will surely want to venture outside and see all that the beautiful Gulf Coast has to offer. Walk out onto the raised deck or the upstairs balcony to overlook the stunning beach and waters. Here you will find abundant seating and, on the raised deck, a seasonally heated private pool. We have a list which will be communicated to you by my son. My input is based on my experience,as a disabled 77 year old woman. The elevator was great,as I cannot do stairs. However I think the addition of grab bars in the walk in showers,would be very wise. That is where the disabled will bathe,and there is nothing for us to hold onto. It is a fall waiting to happen. Think about it. BAP

Perfect house for our family!! We had plenty of room to move around and living area was great size for us all to be together!! Table was huge we put together puzzles and played games!! Will definitely save this property to come back and stay again!!

Our family had a great trip. This property was more than I expected. Plenty of room for all of us inside and out. All the rooms were great. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked great. The location was right on the beach. Beautiful!! Highly recommend to everyone for your next beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect and the pool was such a bonus. Would have gave this property 5 stars but I felt it was in need of attention when it came to the furniture also there were a few maintenance problems but I must say as soon as I called management they came immediately. I would definitely come back.

First of all, the house was large enough to accommodate our 4 families - 9 adults and 7 children. The location is great, both with respect to the beach (easy access from the boardwalk) and restaurants, shopping etc... my 87 year old mother made good use of the elevator as she stayed on the 2nd floor since it had a walk-in shower. There were some downsides. First thing you see when you walk in is a hole in the floor covered with tape. Not a good impression. The furniture is badly stained and needs replacing. It was not as clean as it should be (don't look under the furniture), and the appliances need to be updated. Had to clean rust off the stove top to get the eyes to work, and one dishwasher didn't work at all while the other one took hours to complete the cycle. We called maintenance and they came right away, but told us there was nothing that could be done and that it was doubtful a new one could be installed before we left...which it wasn't...Tough on a large family that cooks and eats almost every meal in the house. For the amount of money we paid, at the very least the appliances should be in great shape. We rented it because of the large stove, 2 dishwashers, and 2 fridges (which did work well). Overall, the home needs updating but at the same time we enjoyed our week and were able to work around the problems.

We had a wonderful vacation at the beach house. We had a few minor issues the first day, but they quickly sent someone out and fixed the problems. Cory was great! Very helpful and nice. The house is right on the beach. The pool is as shown. Small, but fun for the kids. The kitchen comes with everything you’ll need. The beds were comfy. The ice maker is useful for coolers. The elevator worked great. This house checked all our boxes for a family vacation with multiple people at various ages (8-72). The few cons are the WiFi didn’t work well all the time and the chairs at the dining table were uncomfortable. But these were very minor things. Overall, we had a great experience. Definitely recommend this house for a large group for vacation.

From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was so comfortable and convenient. The home has plenty of room to enjoy. We celebrated my husband’s 60 th birthday with family. The double fridges, ovens, ice maker, coffee makers and more gave us the best kitchen for family lunches and dinners. The stores are close and great restaurants too. The beach was just steps away and beautiful. Having the small heated pool was great to relax in and by while enjoying the views of the ocean.

The house was nice. Great Location. The only downside was technology. The internet did NOT work which was frustrating because we need to be able to communicate with the State during weather delays.

We had a large group there for a golf trip and the house was great for the group. The house had clearly been repaired recently and wasn’t complete (loose treads on the stairs, tape on the floor covering a hole I guess). Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, they sent someone out and left a hotspot that did not work well. The TV was connected to the Wi-Fi (YouTube tv) so we were without that too. Overall nice place but for the price would’ve preferred a little more attention to the details.

The Orange Beach house is in a wonderful location right on the beach. It is close to restaurants, shopping (actually within walking distance) and activities. It is in a small, secluded, quiet, safe area of homes. The house itself is wonderfully laid out and functional with 8 bedrooms, many baths, laundry, ice maker machine, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds , televisions in all rooms plus the upstairs sitting area. Plus private pool and boardwalk down to beach. Ample parking, we parked 5 autos. So many window to enjoy the amazing beach views. But I will say that the house as not as clean as we would have liked-maybe it was that days cleaning crew not doing a good job-but fingerprints on fridge, crumbs not wiped from lower kitchen cabinets, floors didn’t feel freshly cleaned. And, living area furniture seemed dated and needed cleaning. Downstairs curtains in living room also needed to be cleaned. Our family did enjoy our stay in OB and in your home.

I can not say enough good things about the location and layout of this house. Being right on the water and having a pool as well was terrific. We were near shopping, easy check in and out. Property managers were immediately attentive to a refrigerator issue. The kitchen/family space was fabulous!!! It perfectly held all 22 of us. For these reasons I would give it five stars! BUT between the very stained, ripped, worn or broken furniture, and an overall lack of cleanliness, I’m being generous giving it a three. It is such a great place and we would love to go back if we knew the much needed repairs and cleaning were done.

Alabama is the best vacation ever.
Large enough for all of us. On the beach-sunrise and sunset were wonderful. The fireworks on the 4th of July,were outstanding. Our own pool,that was cleaned mid-week. Enough seating for all our games.Bedrooms for all-with balconies for morning coffee,and evening wine. Will come again. BAP

Great location
This is a beautiful house! It accommodated all of our family very well. The ice machine was a game changer! There are some issues that need to be addressed by management. Some of the furniture needs to be cleaned, There were stains on drapes, there was furniture that had dirt stains on them that needed to be cleaned. Dirty towels were found upstairs, and a fingernail was left on the dresser. Some of the drawers in the bedroom dressers fell off, and the doorhandle to the balcony was about to fall off. This is a beautiful house and we love staying there but there needs to be some repairs and deep cleaning of this property. I had a huge issue between Beach service companies that created a big problem for me. I had called the management company and asked about beach service and they told me to google it. There was a beach service set up in front of the house and it turned into a huge confrontation with the company I had hired. If I’d known they were there I would have used them. All of that being said, we really enjoyed our week here and this is a beautiful house.

Great place to stay. Of course a great view being right on the beach. Private pool, elevator, great kitchen and living area. All the bedrooms have ample space and their own bathrooms. We couldn't find anything we disliked about the home. We will be staying there again.

great place for a big group with privacy for everyone
We loved staying here right on the beach and with the small little pool and plenty of recliners on the patio. My only disappointments were: I e-mailed the property manager ahead of time to see if there was a keurig machine because I didn't want to lug mine along if there was one already there and was told there was not one there. But there was. Couldn't saved that space. I also wish the property description had said there was an iron as I brought one of those needlessly as well. The elevator wasn't working when we arrive (with our big bags) and they promptly sent someone to fix it was unable to do so. Fortunately my husband figured out the problem and fixed so we told the guy who showed up near the end of our visit to replace a breaker circuit that they thought would fix it that it was already fixed! I booked this a year ago when the picture showed nothing around it. Now it is a construction zone. No way around that, I suppose, and fortunately we were there for a project that kept most of us away most of the day. But if coming for a peaceful day relaxing by the beach, it wouldn't be too peaceful at this point.

Beautiful Beachfront Property!
This house was gorgeous! The heater on the pool did not work and there was construction going on all around the house (which was not shown in the photos on the listing). Other than those two things, this house was perfect for a large group! The elevator broke down once, but the property manager was on top of that and anything else we needed their handyman to come out for. We worked with Breze Humphries. She was very helpful and quick to respond back throughout our stay! Highly recommend this house!

Wonderful place for a large group
The Home was a perfect fit for our family group as we gathered to celebrate my Father in laws life. The bedrooms were very spacious and the open family area was just perfect for eating and community gatherings. Right now there is still quite a bit of construction around the development so there may be some noise.

We loved the heated pool and location on the beach. It was so wonderful to be able to walk to the beach and sit by the ocean with ease. The house was clean and beds were super comfy. The elevator was a fun touch for the kids. Great home!!

Beautiful house on the beautiful Gulf!
This property is absolutely stunning! We had such an amazing week staying here! The location is everything! You are steps away from the beach, the pool is the perfect size and the back deck allows you to relax and catch some sun. The house is located close to everything and if you aren’t looking to go out almost everything delivers to the house. We wished someone would have mentioned all the construction going on right beside the house. The entire vacation was spent with the sound of jackhammering wooden stilts into the ground all day...needless to say that wasn’t as relaxing as we imagined. Also, the water pressure in the house was super low as well as it took forever to get hot water. Those things just took a little more time than usual, but it was fine. We really enjoyed the location and will rent again!

The one caveat: while the smell wasn't very obvious during our stay, it is apparent that someone has previously smoked a LOT in the home. Once we got home, all families immediately noticed the heavy smoke smell in everything. We had to wash everything multiple times, air out suitcases, etc. Even baby bottles and bibs (rubber or plastic) reeked. Bummer, because we loved the house and our stay.

Great beach home for groups!
Location and set up can’t be beat. We had 7 adults and 7 kids under age 6 and had plenty of space and loved the beach access. That said we had a half dozen maintenance issues, all of which were reported, and not a single one was fixed during our stay. Some TVs did not work, we had to rig up a temporary fix to water line, broken floor boards on stairs, etc. I recognize these homes can get beat up with large groups coming and going but there was zero urgency on part of property management to address them.

Family trip!
This was a last minute trip and I was fortunate enough to find this amazing place. We had four families with age range from 6-85y/o. The heated pool was perfect for the kids and the elevator was a must for my parents. We vacation in the Golf Shores/Orange Beach area every year. This is by far the nicest home we’ve rented. The layout was perfect for multiple families. If I had to critique one thing, it would be the air conditioner wouldn’t cool. We had an average of 78 degrees upstairs but luckily it was cool outside. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

The photos dont do it justice
Our family throughly enjoyed our Christmas at Orange Beach West! Every amenity we needed was there. The location was beyond perfect with food, snack, and souvenir needs right across the street! The pool was amazing and we appreciated the fact that it was heated with fun lights at night. (My 6 year old stayed in the pool). The house is lonnnnng so if you have a pedometer, wear it, you'll get your steps in for the day! ;) one of the reasons we picked the house was because it had an elevator for our mother, but we ALL used it. Our family definitely will return to Orange Beach after staying at this house and if we do, we will be staying at this house again!

Great hour and location for the house. Easily slept multi-generational family. The elevator was amazing. The kids loved our nearly private beach. A few maintenance issues were addressed. The major issue was that the pool was not heated due to a broken heater unit that needed to be replaced. Took multiple calls to get status. ☹️

House very beautiful but many problems. The biggest problem was very low water pressure, like taking a shower in the rain. Broken chairs on top deck. (3 out of 4 chairs). Cabinet door broken in kitchen. House not cleaned very well. Stained bedspreads, covers on furniture.
