About this apartment rental

Modern Abbey Villa condo with new kitchen, new bathrooms, and all new appliances. New air conditioner installed spring of 2020. This condo is in a quiet location within the Abbey Villa complex overlooking a stream. It is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and water sport rentals. This condo has two bedrooms/two bath with queen beds. There is also an elevated framed queen air mattress available upon request. There is large screen HD Smart TV, wifi, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave. Updated full set of cooking and dining utensils. The Patio has a grill, as well as a table and chairs for outdoor dining. This unit is privately owned and not part of The Abbey Resort. Guests are provided with 6 Fontana beach passes and two pool fobs for access during your stay. Linen and Towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided on the shelf in the laundry room. Used beach towels must be laundered by guest prior to check-out. All other linens will be cleaned after your stay by property managements. Starters of TP, paper towels, garbage bags etc are provided upon check in but not necessarily meant to supply you for your entire stay.

We are two 50-something couples who travel together often. This condo was great for a long weekend of shopping, eating, and playing cards. The property is well appointed and communication was excellent. Everything was as described and we really enjoyed the patio. A blue heron wandered through the creek one morning as we were having our coffee. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a family wedding at The Abbey. Everything was perfect. The condo was clean and updated, beds and couch were comfortable. We loved the pool and the proximity to all things Lake Geneva. Communication for check-in and check-out was flawless. We will be booking again!

We had a great stay at the Abbey Villas! The unit was exactly as described and communication with the property manager was excellent. We had plenty of supplies for our week stay. We enjoyed easy access to the pool (just a short walk through the parking lot) and the beach passes really came in handy. The entire property was well cared for. Easy walk to restaurants, lake, ice cream shop, etc. Grocery store in Walworth is a quick 5-10 minute drive. We'd love to stay here again!

We absolutely loved the location of this property!! It was so close to the pool but away from the noise. It was an easy walk to downtown Fontana as well. We loved all the amenities the condo had to offer. The beds were so comfortable. The hosts provided great directions for everything we could have possibly needed in the condo. We had our 9 month old daughter with us and it was perfect for her as well. We would happily go back!

Me and girlfriend and her niece boyfriend stayed in this vacation home for a ski trip overall I love the villa but needs improvement on heat in the room with bathroom also it took a while for water to get hot as well. But despite them manner improvements I will come again.

The pillows were old and uncomfortable.Second, the unit needs a through deep cleaning. The owners charge a premium for their property, looking at the pictures the place looks spotless. In reality, the unit is a bit run down and needs a deep cleaning.Location is great. Communication was great.

The property grounds itself were beautiful! It was cooler than we would have liked and raining but was able to enjoy our last day on the beach and eat outside on the deck as well. The cabin was modern, clean, well stocked, and had all the amenities we needed and then some! Our hosts had given easy and wonderful instructions on what to do and how to utilize everything. We enjoyed this stay so much and our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! I highly recommend and will be back very soon!

Definitely a great location and a beautiful condo! The only hiccup we had was that we didn’t feel exceptionally secure about the cleanliness of the place after we found used bars of soap in both showers. But they came out the next day and recleaned bathrooms. Overall it was definitely a nice place. Really nice location.

The property was great- very clean and well kept. It had the amenities we were looking for and the location was great. It was walking distance to pool, beach and a short drive to nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. in Lake Geneva, Walworth or Williams Bay.
