OCEANVIEW Avon- Angelfish Rd. If you are looking for someone to visit at the beach, come visit with ISLAND GIRL. The beach is just 4 lots away, at the end of the quiet cul de sac. A large outdoor shower with changing area welcomes you back from the beach after a day in the sun and surf. Toss your beach towels in the wash (the laundry room/beach gear storage is accessible by an outside entrance under the home), throw some burgers on the charcoal grill, and shoot some baskets in the basketball goal. Inside, choose from 4 comfortable bedrooms – 2 king, 1 queen and a bunk room. The first level is home to a king bedroom (with a private entrance into the first level hall bathroom) and a bunk room with pyramid bunk and single bed with trundle, which is well-suited for the kids. The second level offers a queen bedroom and a second king bedroom (with a private entrance into the second level hall bathroom) and access to a private deck from which you can see the ocean. The great room, located on the first level, boasts cathedral ceilings for a spacious feel. The décor is bright, colorful and beachy with sofa seating surrounding a large flat screen cable TV with upgraded sound. The nearby kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare the daily meals and the French-door refrigerator accommodates your family’s needs. The dining table seats 8, or step out to the screened porch for dining al fresco. The deck is also where you’ll find the bubbly hot tub and seating for conversation beneath the stars. Step up to the loft game room for a game of air hockey or to kick back in front of the large flat screen cable TV. With her great selection of amenities and proximity to the beach, you and your family will fall in love with this ISLAND GIRL.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Loved the atmosphere and location of this property. Our week there was quiet and enjoyable with a small walk right onto the beach. We sort of wish we would've stayed two weeks rather than one! Downside was we couldn't get into the property until 5pm due to cleaning being done. We drove 8 hours from PA with three children (one that just turned one) and had to find things to do for another 3 hours. Once we arrived everything looked great besides a few things... 1. Found blood streaks on the wall of one bedroom 2. Found a used tissue by the light stand. 3. We vacuumed the downstairs because we found things here and there, we filled the entire vacuum canister. 4. Mold on the upstairs bathroom curtain. 5. Dried snot on the bedroom pillow. Basically I think I would've rathered just not have whoever it was clean and was able to get inside sooner than later as if cleaning it wasn't needed anyways.

Island Girl was very clean and well stocked for easy meal prep and cooking. Hot tub was enjoyed by all. The screen porch came in handy due to multiple rainy days. The outdoor shower was awesome. The top balcony was great for watching the night stars on a clear night. This house is four houses away from beach access and with high dunes, makes it pretty challenging to view the beach or ocean. The outdoor grill, in our opinion, was not useable and should be replaced.

Our family loved this home! The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture and beds were so comfy! We enjoyed the games, basketball hoop, porches, hot tub, and short walks to the beach and Muffins & Scones! A perfect getaway and something for everyone!

We enjoyed the house for our family vacation. The check in was a little rough because it was not ready at 4pm and then when we were told it was ready, someone was still inside the house. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better and most of the dishes were dirty. There were multiple sightings of roaches during our stay and the management company told us they would come out and spray when we called them. We enjoyed the house layout being open so that we felt like everyone was always near and not cut off from the rest of the family. There was plenty of seating for our family of 11 as we cooked most of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The house was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation and we loved using the hot tub after long days on the beach. The rocking chairs on the porch were broken, but the wooden chairs and bench were quite comfy. Despite the cleanliness issues, we had a great time.

It was a nice beach house with everything you would expect. The drained and cleaned out the hot tub on the first day. Nicely equipped with a air hockey table and plenty of comfortable beds. The only (very minor) issue I noticed that a couple of the screen door handles were not working as they should. It is close to the beach but I must warn you that there are 2 high dunes (therefore anyone with mobility issues should be aware of that before booking). Overall, great experience and I would book it again.

The house was beautiful, bright and spacious. Beds very comfortable. Everything was clean. Only saw a few items that needed attention: handle on freezer door missing and some black mold in upstairs bathroom on ceiling above toilet. Surround sound didn't work. Grill was the only thing not cleaned when we arrived. I do wish the description on the beach access was better explained as it was extremely difficult for my elderly mother walking up over the dune. All in all it was a wonderful vacation.
