PERFECTO PARA VER NAPOLES EN DOS DIAS

La cercania con el centro de napoles y la facilidad para llegar y entrar a la casa. Muchas llaves pero correcto de seguridad. Desayuno muy completo y asequible amabilidad y limpieza muy bien.

El aparcamiento. Si vas con coche hay que mirarlo muy bien. Los parking 40€ dia y eso que era enero y en la calle de pago hasta las 12 de la noche.

Very affordable clean place & convinient location so definitely I will come back and stay at the same place!

Very close to everything, clean & breakfast was minimum but good enough.

it looks a little sketchy from outside especially at night but it’s quite safe. The owner & staff speak almost 0 English and we communicated using Alexa so couldn’t communicate as freely & much as possible to get information about tourist spots etc.

UN BUEN ALOJAMIENTO PARA VISITAR NÁPOLES

La instalaciones son bastante nuevas y bien dotadas. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación muy buena, cerca del puerto y de los lugares más visitados de Nápoles. Disponen de un moderno sistema vía movil para acceder al sitio en horas en las que no hay personal.

El portal de acceso es un poco lúgubre.

vicino a Castelnuovo e alla metropolitana

E' un BB ricavato in un vecchio palazzo (entrando si vede il vecchio... ) l'ascensore (che però si usa solo dopo che ti danno le chiavi) porta in cima e con un minimo ballatoio si arriva all'appartamento adibito a BB. La mia camera (superior) era nuovissima così il bagno, davvero nuovo. Biancheria fresca.

Si vede che è un po' ricavato': non ci sono spazi comuni entrando, minuscolo l'ingresso e mancano alcune comodità: il cuscino non ha una doppia federa sicchè si percepiscono i bozzi del tessuto sottostante etc. le camere non hanno chiave ma un sistema lungo di codici, insomma un po' complicato. SI fa colazione attorno a un tavolo con le sedie molto pigiate l'una accanto all'altra: cornetti industriali e niente di che, ma sufficiente. Niente salato. Personale gentile. Insomma per un giorno va bene, la posizione è molto comoda.

Un albergue confortable a dos cuadras de una estación de Metro. Una excelente atención de Daniela.

Esta situado en un callejón que de noche es sumamente obscuro. Varios teníamos que iluminarnos con los celulares. Tal vez fue un problema de esa noche.

Prima volta a Napoli.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, bello il momento della colazione al mattino, dove ci si trova con gli altri ospiti. Noi siamo stati sempre assistiti dalla "solarissima" Daniela, molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è in un vicolo, vicinissima alla metropolitana Municipio, e a tanti ristoranti e attrazioni turistiche. Consigliata.

Superb

We loved our stay here - the hosts were incredibly lovely and we managed to work things out despite the language barrier. They were patient and kind! Location is great, breakfast was great and the place had everything we needed.

It was a bit fiddly to get into the room with door codes etc, but at least it felt safe!

For one night passing by maybe it s ok, very central location, but very noisy and uncontrollable

Except the location which was great if you want to visit Napoli centre and main tourist attractions the accomodation wasn t good.

It is in fact a big apparent with many rooms, very close to eachother. The bathroom was very small and the shower very very small. the kitchen is comon and it was very very lound place. We coudn t sleep well because of the noise. Even if we had a wondon it was nothing to see, no sun, no air, it was a window in the interior court pf the building. The breakfast was very poor: 1 coffee, pne croisant and yogurt. I will not come back here.

nicely renovated ROOM and friendly staff very close to the port

very close to the port, the staff was INCREDIBLY nice and helpful, breakfast served with a smile. the interior looks like it's brand new

the exterior of the building does not look like a nice neighborhood. we didn't have any problems at all with the neighbors, but it was a little unnerving. no microwave or freezer in the room

The location is great! Close to the city center, you can easily walk and explore the old town.. The room was also really nice, spacious and the lady who welcomed us was really friendly 😊

Very complicated check-in/check-out process. Not a great location. Staff spoke little English.

Staff was helpful in getting a ride early to the airport.

The check-in/check-out process was ridiculously difficult. And th staff spoke very little English. Also, it was not that close to the port so the location wasn't great. Would definitely not stay there again

Nice rooms, very nice staff, delicious Italian breakfast. City centre is in walking distance, so thats definitely a plus! :) We would recommend! Everything was fine.

You need to park the car in a public parking place, which can be quite expensive.

A fantastic stay in Naples.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a fridge. The location is excellent - with good links to the metro and very close to lots of locations of interest and bars/restaurants. The host - Rosaria - makes you feel like family. She was so kind and warm, making us feel very welcome. We loved staying here.

We struggled to get in on the first night - make sure you read the instructions on how to get in before you arrive. Once you've done it once, it's easy and secure.

It was OK but I have stayed at better value nicer places elsewhere

The staff were very helpful and tried to fix things immediately.

It was just OK, very bright fluoro lights everywhere in both the room and common areas, quite a hard bed. I had to leave early in the morning and there was no hot water in the shower. I shouldn't have to wait for staff to arrive to turn on the hot water.
