Best location, worth every cent!

Neat and clean, fully equipped in case for cooking. The location is superb and the host is very helpful. Like the room that is only on the first floor (one above the ground) since we have many bags so this is not too trouble some.

The internet was lagging sometimes but overall is good enough for everything

Convenient to train station, fully equipped for your family or large group.

We got 2 adjoining apartments, which means we had lots of space, 2 kitchens, 2 washers, etc. The apartments were in very good condition, and had extra bedding, drying racks, ironing boards, etc tucked inside the frames under the large beds. Worked out well for our group of 8.

Central Location. Comfortable apartment.

Everything went smoothly: finding the keys, the location, communication with Leo. Apartment is very modern and clean with everything you need. As a bonus, you have a supermarket at the entrance of the building whilst all good restaurants and pubs are within walking distance.

You will find top quality of everything except pillows. These really need an upgrade :)

El localización es inmejorable.

El sofá cama es bastante incómodo. Aunque esté anunciado para 4 personas, lo mejor que es que vayan dos, puesto que es pequeño (tal cual se indica) y el sofá cama no es nada cómodo.

Well located and cosy apartment for your Cinque Terre holiday.

The location of the flat was great and it was easy to locate. You have plenty of amenities downstairs. The flat was also cosy and you have all your basics inside. Hosts were really great, and checked on us constantly. Was also communicative and we got alot of good recommendations from them.

The cleanliness can be improved, or if you are not too particular, bring your own bedroom slippers.

Genoa has beautiful architecture, history over 1200 years. I would like to stay longer.

In the quiet living room for all the guests to use, there was an electric kettle with a nice selection of tea and instant coffee. Also a water dispenser with UV light to kill any bacteria that might be in the water. Delicious tasting water. The reception was in a different building, in the same square. The building we stayed in was for sale. It took both of us to figure out exactly what was going on- and we are both college graduates.

very good base to explore Cinque Terre/Santa Margherita/Portofino

the apartment is very conveniently located, 5 mins walk from the train station and few meters from Piazza Garibaldi, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can reach all main attractions in La Spezia very easily (10 min walk to the castello San Giorgio, 15 min walk to the port/boat cruises). Supermarket is just downstairs from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped, the owner left for us coffee and tea. There is a fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook (we didn't, the restaurants were all so good...)

Lovely, fully equipped apartment in great location!

Great location, spacious apt, recycling made easy, washing machine, and had hangars (always appreciated)!

Minor thing -- apt is light enough inside during the day but can't really look out the windows.
