The location is fantastic. The apartments were a great size and good facilities. Would be nice to offer a serviced option. We will be back.

Fabulous alternative to staying in Athens

Cute apartment with a wonderful bed, extremely clean and tasteful modern decor. Parking was secure carpark, we paid extra for this service. Location is great, lots of wonderful restaurants close by and swimming as well. 100% happy. Communication excellent with Sofia & Christo.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location in Vouliagmeni

It was a beautiful apartment in a perfect location and was done up to be both comfortable and stylish. Everything worked and was in the right place including plenty of power points and lighting.

The outdoor seating on the patio wasn’t comfortable and needed cushions.

Perfekte Lage (Strand, Restaurants direkt am Meer mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar), geschmackvolle Einrichtung, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war stets unkompliziert und zuverlässig (Danke an Sofia) - unsere Freunde und wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Fahrt nach Athen mit dem Taxi dauert ca. 20/25 Minuten und kostete ca. 30 EUR.

Perfect Accommodation

Superb location. Very safe. Incredibly clean and well put together flat (appears everything new). All space utilised to the max. I think for the elderly the stairs up to the flat would be difficult, but just a minor ‘to be aware’. Helpful WhatsApp book in etc. Thank you for a great stay and will be coming again.

Clean place with great location and a very friendly host

Our host was really friendly and helped us with all questions we had. The place was clean, comfortable and had great air conditioning. The best thing about the place is the location. You are very close to the beach, the lake, in the middle of the restaurant areas and close to a supermarket, can’t be beat! Considering the price, we were very happy!

Would highly recommend to everyone travelling in the area.

Location was ideal, quiet but in and amongst everything. Stones throw away from the beaches, fantastic restaurant and the Lake. The apartment itself was very tastefully decorated, comfortable but stylish, all quality fittings, a very considered space.

The shower head didn’t have a place to hang it higher, strange mid height fixture.

Superb

The hosts were seriously so wonderful and helpful. They stayed in regular contact and assisted us many times. The property was easy to access and very close to a little string of great restaurants, pharmacy, shops etc. Very clean and felt comfortable!

amazing location, superb accommodation, genuine and friendly hosts, nothing to dislike

absolutely amazing accommodation. The interior is sleek modern and spotless with every amenity You can imagine the hosts are super friendly and helpful including the lovely Sophia and Christos and I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to book. go to Sofi’s for breakfast (across the road), and peninsula restaurant (2min walk) for great food with trendy vibes and i must recommend the four seasons hotel located a 5min taxi drive away (10€) for the best culinary experience ever in one of their amazing restaurants, check them out online and book in advance eg. Mercato restaurant at four seasons (trust me you won’t be disappointed)

Wonderful peaceful and cool location in the best spot to visit the beach, lake and best restaurants. Excellent value for money and well soundproofed.

The location was excellent close to the beach and cafes. Easy short taxi ride or walk if you prefer. The apartment was beautiful, would certainly choose again and highly recommend. Sophie my contact was extremely helpful.

Superb as the last time. Only this time i was there for work and i couldn't enjoy the cosyness.

This time unfortunately i wasn't there to relax.I was busy and there was no time to enjoy my staying. Wifi was blazing fast and it served right for my trip's purpose. I had to send and receive large files and it helped a lot

Nice property, well located but needs better home comfort provisions

Nice and modern with quirky interior and well located but as Vouliameni is a popular resort parking if you have a car was a bit of a nightmare.

Did not provide sufficient toiletries especially toilet paper, rubbish bags, hand and body soap nor anything to use to wash clothes,only what had been left by other guests. In addition water leaked out from the shower cubicle so had to mop up every time you showered.

Great location, super equipped and cosy apt. Friendly and helpful stuff.

The location was great. Beach was across the street at a small distance. The area was surrounded by restaurants, cafes etc. As soon as we arrived we found the apt so clean , we thought we were the first who booked it. The a/c was on and room temperature was cool as we wanted. In the bathroom we had warm water (although we didn’t used anything but cold) and we appreciate it. The kitchen is fully equipped and we used it. There was also a coffee machine with coffee capsules, sugar and tea. As a coffee lover, I enjoyed every morning there. Also there was a possibility that we were going to need the apt one more day. I asked if there was a chance to have it , they checked if it wasn’t already booked and they let us have it one more day ( too bad we had to leave though. Unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer , so we didn’t get the extra day). The stuff was reeeeally helpful and polite. If I ever go back , I will not search for anything else.

Location...perfect. Light and airy property that did not smell and was clean and well equipped. Also it looked like photos. Really nice

Great place

Location was great, so close to beach and restaurants. Apartment was lovely, had everything you could possibly need including an iron which came in very handy considering we were going to a wedding! Also had pods for coffee machine, lovely iced cold water in the fridge on arrival. Communication with host was great and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and stylish place to stay - made better by the lovely Sophia

A great place to stay in a great part of Athens. A home away from home - comfortable and stylish. The area is perfect with lots of nice restaurants and cafes. it’s near the beach and is a nice get away from the noise of Athens. Sophia the host was SUPER !!! very responsive and a lovely person. Would highly recommend and I will be back.
