The owner and his mom are very welcoming and friendly. The apartment has no separate living area, but access to a large backyard. Everything you need is in the apartment. Its on a very busy road, so hard to turn in to the driveway. We had a fantastic time in Miami! Its a great city.

We were very pleased with our 10 day stay. Emmanuel was a pleasure to meet, and does not hover, but could have been contacted easily if needed. The unit was as pictured, not fancy but adequate for our needs. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Though we did not do any cooking, everything we would need to cook and serve meals was available. We appreciated the cold bottled water, fruit basket, tea, sugar, etc. that Emmanuel provided. The unit was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, and wonderfully quiet. We love the location, near to our favorite area restaurant, Flannigan's (their ribs are amazing); and only about three miles from a favorite beach (Haulover). There are several parks nearby, we rented kayaks at Oleata, and bikes at Haulover. Lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby. For us it was an ideal location. The one thing not provided, that would have been helpful for me, was a hair dryer. We were glad we found and booked this VRBO, and will be back next year if it is available. SKS

I went to Miami for my Bornday celebration and had a really nice stay at Emanuel's home. He and his family where very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this house, there is a lot of privacy and you can have good conversation with Emmanuel. Nice garden to sit in. The kitchet is complete, there is everything you need. I can recommend this place to all my friends and family.
