We had everything we needed and more! Large pots and pans made cooking for our large group straightforward, and communication with the hosting agency was clear and helpful.

First of all, I love Santa Barbara.
And this house was in a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The Mesa trails are stunning and the house was comfortable, clean and amazing outdoor space.
Highly recommend this property.
And the property management company was very responsive and accommodating.

Great Beach House
We had a wonderful stay. The house was in a great location as we could walk to the beach, the Douglas preserve, and Mesa Center(Von’s, Starbucks, restaurants). The house was well stocked with amenities . The deck was nice to enjoy the Santa Barbara sun and the office was convenient to fit in some work as needed. We will return.

Great location and close to everything in SB. All the local beaches and downtown.
We waked through the awesome neighborhood to the beach and preserve. House is very spacious and yard’s were very nice.

We stayed in this home from December 19th through Christmas day. My son and his wife are in the area for a traveling nurse assignment until February. This property worked great for our family of 6. The layout was roomy, especially the two tables and kitchen area. Very functional for games and meals. The long counter near the round table was perfect as a catch all for all the misc that everyone dropped!
The beds were comfortable, the office room off the garage came in handy for my husband. He made good use of it for work phone calls away from the hubbub of the house. The kitchen looks small but is actually quite roomy how it opens to the double dining area. We made several dinners for the group without any trouble and had every kitchen utensil we needed. The large table with 8 chairs was perfect for all the game playing we did. (Only downside to that was the metal chairs were tough on our bums after awhile.) The triple sliders gave a nice feeling of openness to the home. I was a bit worried about 1 bathroom shared between my husband and I, my dad and his girlfriend, my 3 grown children and daughter-in-law but it worked just fine. The yard and deck are roomy. We didn't utilize because the weather was so-so but we did use the fire pit one evening and that was a nice touch. There were beach chairs in the garage for our use and we did use them the one nice beach day! The location was great for getting on 101. There is a grocery store not 5 minutes away as well as a drug store. We did not need to contact anyone during our stay so I can't speak to the level of responsiveness during our stay, but I can speak to the communication with Haller Coastal Homes before our stay. They were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property!

The Palisades Beach House was perfect for our family. The space is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. You can walk to the beach from the house but I would say it's a bit too far if you have smaller children in tow. Overall it was fantastic!
