We had a lovely, relaxing stay.

It was a lovely, clean caravan, fully equipped, with two toilets, which is more than we have at home! The heating worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. There was heavy rain on the last day but the caravan coped with it.

I don't know why it says no parking on the listing. This needs to be corrected because it could put some people off. Neecee's Retreat has its own parking space (as do all the caravans on the site). There is nothing wrong with the parking at all.

Great family get away, lovely clean well equipped van with everything you need.

Caravan is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great family get away, located a short walk from the main entertainment centre on site, provided complimentary tea, coffee and sugar and left some soft drinks and Maltesers in the fridge which was a nice welcome surprise after 2hrs 45min drive, we are already planning to come back next year.

Lovely, and well worth a visit!

Location is wonderful, easy to get to and great for adventures around Lincolnshire. If you like military jets you're in luck too, it's only around a 10 minute walk to the viewing area at the end of RAF Conningsby runway, and the Battle of Britain museum. This is the current typhoon squadron base so constant activity all day (sometimes nights too) Also 5 min walk to Tattershall Castle. Around a 30 min drive to RAF Waddington where the Red Arrows call home. Facilities on site are well maintained with watersports and fishing available. Caravan was very clean and well presented, hist communication was very helpful.

The entertainment passes for the site are quite expensive, appreciate our visit was in August, but even after paying the £200 for 1 adult and 2 children for 5 days, most of the things we wanted to do had additional charges. Thankfully there was plenty else to do and see in the area.

A pleasant holiday in a really nice caravan set in a good position.

A clean and comfortable well appointed caravan in good position.

Some noise from neighbouring caravan but not the fault of our caravan or the owner.

Would highly recommend

Neecees retreat met more than our expectations. Beautiful location with an excellent view of the castle. Attentive host with high cleanliness standards in the holiday home, attention to detail. Responsive host for communication and advise of where to explore around the area. Welcome pack was such a nice touch thank you Denise we will definitely be coming back again.

Lovely location, property well equipped. Excellent base if staying with children.

Very clean and tidy. Situated in a lovely quiet section with a clear view of the castle. We liked that bunnies and geese were roaming freely. Restaurants on site do cater for dietary requirements.

Free internet only valid for 24 hours then you have to pay for it. Check out at 10:00/10:30 would be better. Passes expensive as worked out at £80 for the 2 of us for 4 days just to access the restaurants etc with one of them only accepting pre-bookings. All activities need to be pre-booked and paid for separately so you are just paying for access. Just to advise if traveling down at the beginning of the week…we found pubs and restaurants locally are closed on a Monday and Tuesday some even on a Wednesday and if pubs are open don’t serve food on these days. Also many close after lunch then open for dinner as standard.

Neecee's retreat

Neecee's retreat was in a lovely quite part of the site. The caravan was spotlessly clean, all facilities were in good order. Denise was very quick to respond to any queries really helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to this beautiful area.

There was nothing to dislike. I had no issues with anything.

Accommodation was as good as you will get

super clean, dvds, board games, they had thought of everything. There were even a couple of cans of drink and some Maltesers waiting for us on arrival. a very short walk to Tattershall castle and into Tattershall or Coningsby via the path , no need to head out via the complex entrance.

Beautiful retreat

Beautiful Caravan very spacious just like home from home with everything you could need. Lovely welcome pack with chocs drinks and milk also tea coffee and sugar. Great location with no through traffic very peaceful. Would not hesitate to book again highly recommended.

The caravan was absolutely Lovely just what we wanted for a nice relaxing tranquil break away equipped with everything we needed couldn't of asked for anything better.

The restaurant was very expensive and so we're the activities good job it was just the fishing and the relaxing break we had come for.

Lots to do for family’s very clean and well kept park and so relaxing if you want it to be

Our caravan was clean comfortable and had every thing you needed our host Denise was so helpful there was a lovely welcome gift of tea coffee chocolate and drinks oh and milk it was so helpful Denise got in touch with us to tell us what places we could go on walks and lovely pubs and villages to visit we couldn’t ask for more so thank you so much Denise for making our holiday fantastic

Lovely half term break

We had a lovely Monday-Friday break during may half term. The caravan was perfect with everything you need for self catering and a large lounge and outside area to enjoy in the evening once the little one was tucked up in bed. The caravan was in the perfect area 5-10 minutes walk to the main facilities but quiet enough to relax. The owner was very helpful and could not do enough to help, she even left a lovely welcome basket for us to enjoy on arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Highly recommend a visit here!!

The van was homely and clean. There was a welcome pack made up for us which was so appreciated, and a lovely touch. Denise also went above and beyond to ensure we had our passes ready and rang/text when it was time to book onto our activities so we didn't miss out. The park was brilliant for us as an active family - swimming, watersports, and other activities. The whole park was organised and clean. Restuarants were also varied and food good at all times.

Denise the owner left us milk chocolate and drinks. The caravan was spotless and everything we needed was there. Would recommend to everyone. The caravan was in a perfect spot just far away from all the activities but a nice walk in.

Good communication .so helpful .clean and good quiet plot .and a nice view of castle.

Well things have change since we last went You have no choice but to pay for passes. Wear as before it was just night time you had to show passes. So to me your paying to spend your money and depending on season the facilities are closed to later. To me the site has got greedy .but that doesn't reflect On the accommodation we booked .
