About this house rental
In a quiet area located 500 m from the beach through the dunes and 2 kms from the pedestrian streets of Saint Jean de Monts, in front of bike paths (several tens of kilometers of bike path that go from Noirmoutier en L'Ile up to 'à la Tranche sur Mer'), 13 km from the center of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie where fishing ports and marinas, markets energize the seaside resort all year round
This housing of 61 m2 completely redone in spring 2019 consists of:
On the ground floor :
a living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, induction hob, combined microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ... and a living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV.
A small veranda
A fully enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.
1st floor:
1 bedroom with a bunk bed 140 below, a bed of 90 above
1 office
1 fully enclosed balcony with a large bay to enjoy the best of the outside
1 toilet
1 bathroom with bath and washing machine
2nd floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 and a bed of 90
1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 and a baby bed
1 bathroom with shower and wc
Animals are not allowed.
Other discoveries are offered to you: the salt marshes, the island of Noirmoutier with its bridge and especially its passage of Gois, the island of Yeu more wild, (at one hour of boat) Puy du Fou with his big park (activity day) and his cinescénie (activity night)
Not to mention swimming in the many beaches and shellfish fishing.
Wifi available.
Upon arrival, a deposit for accommodation and a cleaning deposit will be collected. They will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is clean and in good condition.
A tourist tax will be required in addition for all persons over 18 years.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning services are not included.
MAJOR ASSETS - direct access to the large sandy beach and supervised on foot in 5 minutes and local shops in 10 minutes (bakery, tobacco, press, rotisserie, laundry, cellar, pizzeria), ATV, ATLANTIC TOBBOGANS water park) etc ...
