Lovely hotel, fantastic views, and hope to go back soon. Great restaurant.

The staff were the most helpful I have ever met, informative and so pleasant. Lovely breakfast, either indoor or outdoor location possible. Outdoor location so lovely, out on the waters edge. See for miles across the bay. Even though late down for breakfast, the food was still fresh, huge range of dishes. We felt cared for!!

Well, I loved it all actually, great old palace with all modern facilities. No lift, but it is understandable as no changes to the exterior of the old building are allowed, and there was someone available to kindly lift the bags up to the third floor if needed. Perast is a small and very busy place, so obviously parking is a premium, but it is possible to park just outside on the road, and the concierge will come and collect you and the luggage in a golf cart. Good service if required. Wonder a little at the glass door in the bathroom in the room, but I made my partner promise not to peek. So that was fine as well.

Super und immer wieder gerne. Werden das Hotel unbedingt an Freunde und Bekannte empfehlen

Tolle Lage, super Service bei der Abholung am Parkplatz und wieder dort hinzubringen. Alle Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.

Beim Frühstück im Garten könnten die Tische ein wenig gedeckt sein, da die Tische durch das Schieben von Tassen und Tellern doch sehr verkratzen. Sieht nicht so schön aus. Und der Garten ist sooo schön. Vielleicht auch eine kleine Bedienung beim Kaffee.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mitten im wunderschönen Perast

Tolle Lage mitten in Perast, wunderschön restauriertes historisches Gebäude mit sehr gut gelungener Kombination von Alt und Neu, super Fischrestaurant, direkt am Wasser, richtig schön ist es in Perast wenn abends die Tagestouristen weg sind oder früh noch keine da sind - eine Übernachtung lohnt!

Parken geht nur am Rande der Ortschaft, das Hotel holt die Gäste aber mit einem Elektrocar ab, wir sind die 300m einfach gelaufen (hat uns nicht gestört - ist schöner wenn der kleine Ort nicht voll parkender Autos steht), Parken kostet 15€/24h - könnte für Übernachtungsgäste günstiger sein, als für Tagestouristen

I’ll come back here for sure

The staff is very friendly, we had a long ride but they had the warmest welcome, so it made it easier.

Only thing I did not like was the fact that it was said it had e morning buffet but they had a small breakfast menu.

Lovely location, comfortable, modern room!

The location was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was next door and also very nice.

The bathroom had see through glass and mirrored wardrobes so you could see in. A little awkward when you’re travelling with a friend!

Simply an incredible hotel! Lovely staff willing to share incredible local history (in depth and with great enthusiasm). Impeccable room with high quality construction finishes. Generous breakfast that you can eat by the water in the most stunning setting. Favorite place we stayed at in Montenegro.

Very nice hotel

Very nice and new hotel in an historic building and very friendly staff at the reception.

Breakfast needs to be improved. Coffee should be served instead of the self service machine. Also I missed botled mineral water.

Nice location in small Perast village by the sea. Beautiful building, terrace and rooms. Peaceful since no cars allowed to old Perast. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

Pleasant stay except parking situation & elevator missing

- breakfast was great with good variety - room was clean - friendly staff

- Parking situation was complicated & confusing, had to park away from hotel & call reception staff to come & pick up - no elevator, need to carry luggage up the stairs

It may be a bit difficult to find a parking space in this area, but this issue is not much about the hotel, it is about the location.

Heart of Perast, overlooking the bay, a perfect stay.

Perfect stay. Perast is a wonderful gem and the hotel, right next to the main square fitted right in. Confortable beds, clean rooms, very good breakfast (a la carte), a nice terrace, good restaurant. We benefited from not staying in high season and had almost all the terrace almost for us. Kotor is a short drive away, but you can take the bus (preferable than taxi). Very good comunication with the staff and the hotel, especially Jelena, that gave us most of the indications.

Excellent stay!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Perast. Amazing staff, they made everything for our stay to be pleasant.

There is no elevator in the hotel, which is common for buildings of 17th century 😂. It is somewhat hard to climb the stairs for people with mobility problems.
