Our beautiful vacation home, just a short drive from Disney, ensures a relaxing and magical stay. Located in the popular and attractive Watersong resort in Davenport. The resort has several lakes and lush tropical planting, making it rich in natural flora and fauna, and a very peaceful and attractive setting from which to enjoy Orlando's many wonderful amusement parks and other attractions. Guests at this villa are welcome to make use of the Watersong resort's many wonderful amenities, including free use of the resort-style pool and clubhouse which houses a cyber café, sand volleyball, table tennis, kids' playground, and a fitness center. Had a great time, villa was brilliant. Had a slight issue with the pool but the management company sent someone out and it was all sorted. Thought the rooms were much larger than in the photos advertised which was a bonus

Everything was great in the villa. We did have a problem with an internal door and pool losing water, the management company were great and attend to these issues very promptly, thank you, was just one of these things. We had a lovely time.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful pool and spa home in Watersong and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property.
The pool and spa area quickly became our favorite spot to relax and unwind. The tranquil surroundings of Watersong Resort added to the peaceful ambiance, and we found ourselves spending many evenings enjoying the warm Florida nights by the poolside.
Inside, the home was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms provided plenty of space for our family, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay.
The location of the resort was also ideal, offering easy access to all the attractions Orlando has to offer while providing a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
Overall, our experience at this pool and spa home in Watersong was nothing short of fantastic. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Orlando area

Great property, had problems with the TV and streaming service. Needed 2 devices to operate TV. Communicated this with person that answered property managers phone, they were not cordial. Finally someone came and said updates had uploaded. How would we know this. But all was good !

Fabulous experience
Perfect for our family of 10. The house was spotless and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Management team were super responsive and very friendly. Great location, quiet, but close to all tourist spots. A fabulous holiday and we hope to return next summer.

Everything was great!
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was. The entire family enjoyed the heated pool as well as the game room. The location was great. We were able to visit all Disney parks without an extremely long or difficult drive. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again

Hospitality was amazing
This is truly an amazing Villa -- impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated! The property has everything you need for a wonderful vacation: natural gas bbq, pool, lanai, etc. It is in a lovely vacation community, with a relaxed and tranquil vibe. The manager, Lisa, names all her villas. This one is called Casa Amore. As you notice all the subtleties of the decor, you will see why. This place is filled with love. Lisa is a great host. Communication is excellent, as is coordination with the on-site property manager. The balloon and candy for our daughter's 30th birthday was a very special touch. Thanks so much. All-in-all, a great experience. Highly recommend. Thank you Lisa!

Convenient and comfortable
There was plenty of room for our large family. There was a high chair for our little one and a pool table and darts for down time. The pool and spa was warm for us.

Huge, clean house in a beautiful neighborhood!
Spacious, clean and very welcoming. The pool sparkles and we all had a fab time outside on the pool deck. The BBQ / outside kitchen allowed us to cook out nearly every night. Check in was a breeze. We had an amazing family vacation and just what we needed in these crazy times.

Perfect family vacation
Beautiful villa on a lovely complex with stunning conservation views. Watching the local wildlife kept the family entertained for hours. We had a fantastic stay! The home is spacious with more than enough room for our family of 8. The pool and lanai are wonderful. Our kids loved the game room, too. Check in went smooth and Martha was very responsive to all our questions.

Another great family vacation
This is our fourth stay at one of Ellis villas. We rented two big homes on Watersong and both were awesome. We find Watersong a pleasant, peaceful complex and find the staff really friendly. This home will not disappoint. Plenty of space for all the family, kids love the games room and the pool was one of the best we have seen. The outside kitchen was man's dream come true. All in all another wonderful vacation. Thank you Ellis Villas for making this happen and we will see you next year.

What an amazing house! Beautiful inside, super clean, perfect location to get to the parks. The management company got back to me quickly when I needed to ask a few questions. The spacious Master suite allows for some privacy away from the kids and is beautifully furnished. The home was at the heart of our vacation and we've made some lovely memories while there. Great getaway for the family
Stunning property. Very well kept and well furnished. The patio/pool area was amazing and we spent all our free time at the house. We got to see lots of local birds each morning. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Check in was a breeze and we had a great time! We plan to rent again when we return to Florida next year

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful dishes and everything one needs. Very quite neighborhood close to golfing. This by far was the most refreshing home that we have stayed in.

Thank you for a great holiday
This was our first time renting a house on holiday. Lisa made it a very enjoyable, simple, and straight forward process! We had lots of room, everyone loved having their own bathroom, the games room was a huge hit, the pool is one of the nicest in the resort. We were able to get lots of sun by the pool during our off days, and loved watching the wildlife. We were close enough to all the attractions, and still enjoyed the serenity of the villa. So much nicer than a hotel room. The instructions to get into the villa were very simple, we did not have any concerns. Thank you for a great holiday.

Escape from daily life
Truly an escape from daily life, quiet neighborhood, sleep was very peaceful. Patio and pool area is a true oasis. Communication with Lisa was easy and she quickly responded to questions. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes. You feel very safe in this gated community. I highly recommend it!

Great views
Wonderful place !!! Exactly as described and perfect base for making the most of the attractions. The villa was perfect for our family and it was very clean. We loved the view out back of the lake and woodland area.

Our second home
This is our third time staying with Ellis Exclusive Villas and second time at this home. We love the home and it was a pleasant surprise to see some new additions / upgrades. The pool area is stunning and very peaceful. Watersong is our second home and the service we receive from Ellis is first class. We find all homes well kept and very clean. Well maintained, beautiful home
My mother and I stayed at Casa Amore for a week. The home is well maintained in a very nice and mature neighborhood. There is a clubhouse with pool, fitness facilities a short walk away and a large Publix grocery store just down the street. The purpose of our trip was to just have some mother/daughter time and relax. We did not venture too far from the area around Watersong community instead choosing to just enjoy the home and pool. As we were there at the end of February we paid for pool heat and were very glad we did. We had several chilly, but sunny, days so the pool heat allowed us to enjoy it no matter the temperature of the air. We loved having the included BBQ available and used it to cook several meals. Having stayed in many homes in the Kissimmee area we realized what a perk this is as you often have to pay extra to have one brought in if you would like a BBQ. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc. We only used 2 of the 5 bedrooms but both the beds were very comfortable. We booked through the Ellis Exclusives and they were very responsive to all my questions prior to our visit which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay in this home again and would book with Ellis Exclusives.

Nothing but a headache
12/21 Opened shades to pool, one fell off. Lock on complementary free gas grill. Advertised Olaf bedroom changed to mickey & mini mouse, window shades broken. Couldn’t use closet, close to breaking. WII turned on but sensor & remotes did not work. Kitchen faucet leaked. TV and closet broken in other twin bedroom.
12/22 cooking breakfast for family of 8 and stove burners did not work. Front right burner only heated outer ring. Had to keep switching food around on stove so food would cook the same. Frying pans, food stuck to them. Cooking utensils not appropriate for pans. Could not eat as family, had to eat in shifts. Chose this facility because the table sat 8. Went out, it was raining. Got home, went to bedroom, could hear a dripping sound. Water dripping from light fixture over bed, bed was soaked. Called property manager. Husband and I had to sleep in son’s room on twin beds. He slept on couch.
12/23 roof looked at, but not able to fix at that time. Property manager moved bed to wall, put a kettle on floor to catch water. Exchanged pillow top mattress to a rock hard one, put wet mattress against wall by pool table could not play a game of pool due to mattress being in the way. During the night had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed. Also told her about grill, she said she would remove lock, would need a lighter to start it. Said would bring a lighter over but daughter already at store buying one before one was brought to home.
She stated, would bring over a hot plate. Did not bring hot plate until next morning at 10:30, too late for breakfast.
12/24 community pool area, not as pictured. Community building closed December 24 - 27th not told prior to booking. Sign on air conditioner stating could not turn below 74 degrees other wise might freeze up, and if there was damage we would be responsible for it. Temperature in the 80’s upstairs. Uncomfortable sleeping.
12/25 Spa cold. Jets put out cold water. Not heated to 100 degrees as stated, as well as pool was not 90 degrees. Laying on a lounge chair, suddenly chair broke where it was welded in 3 spots. stated they only heat pool for 8 hours. Had heated during the day when out. Additional charge for heated pool & spa.
Washer not working correctly. To use dryer, you had to dry 3 times or only 4 items at a time. This is a shorten version of what happened.
Would not recommend VRBO. give 1 star.

Did have some teething issues with a couple of doors but following a simple email to the office this was attended too immediately. Thank you Lisa and your colleagues for a great two weeks..
