About this cottage rental
Part of a one-acre four-cottage sanctuary, Avalon Cottage is a wonderful, relaxing getaway for couples and small families. Quiet and private, but close to everything, it's just what you need to enjoy all that Hot Springs has to offer. Avalon Cottage sleeps up to four with 500 square feet of bright interior space and a 10' by 18' outdoor deck where you can sit, relax, and enjoy a view of the lake. Avalon Cottage means comfort with a new mattress queen bed and new queen sleeper sofa, luxurious bathroom towels, cookware and Fiesta dinnerware completing a full kitchen, and an eclectic mix of furnishings. Avalon Cottage means fun with a boat dock to tie off your boat, a boardwalk shoreline to toss a lure, and a swim deck all in our commonly-shared cottage setting. (NOTE: Lake Hamilton's water level is drawn down November through February every year, and during this time boats can not reach our dock space) Avalon Cottage means convenience, with Hot Springs Mall, Kroger, Walmart, a fitness center, several boat marinas, and popular restaurants and shopping all within a mile. Equipped with secure, password-enabled wi-fi, you can stay connected at Avalon Cottage while enjoying a large HD flat screenTV with internet streaming featuring YouTube TV. Come to Hot Springs for a visit and make yourself at home at Avalon Cottage!

My husband and I went to Hot Springs in March to visit our grandkids. This little cabin was the perfect place to stay. It was so clean and cute. It had everything needed for a couple to be comfortable. Nice kitchen, bed, bath and tv area. Although it is small it makes for that with the unique way it is put together. We hope to stay again in a few months. It’s right by the water - ducks, geese, deck, chairs, grill. Just great.

Very peaceful location yet close to everything. It is small but uses its space efficiently. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen was also well stocked. Owners communicated well and care about your experience. Would return in the future.

It was in the perfect spot, with the best set up, the nicest view, and proximity was not far from any of our activities. The owners were very communicative, the bed was the best sleep id had in years.

Title tells it all. We had a classic car and parking was good. We're in our 70's and enjoyed it's proximity to everything.

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage! We had family staying in house#1 so this made it very convenient. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows, the kitchen was fully stocked including coffee, and bathroom had plenty of towels. This owner pays attention to the details including a bowl of individually wrapped snacks and mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner. Very nice neighborhood and great set-up to have friends and family staying in the nearby houses.

Really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect. Site was clean, easy in and out, and host was great. Easy drive to the bath houses as well as excellent restaurants. We liked going to the tourist spots but we were glad we stayed by the lake.

Loved this quaint little cottage. It had all we needed if we cooked. We explored various places every day upon the recommendations of others in your book! Traveling from MN to see other parts of Our country was so worth it. Hot Springs is a lovely area.

From the moment we stepped into the cottage it felt so homey and welcoming. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect. The owner was easy to communicate with, and when I had some questions about kitchen supplies she responded quickly.

My 10 year old son and I came to Hot Springs for a boys weekend. We enjoyed the cabin and it worked perfect for us. It was located close to attractions we wanted and had a swimming dock that gave us some good outdoors time in between activities.

So glad we discovered this charming cottage on Lake Hamilton. The hosts designed and decorated a cozy get away with an excellent attention to detail: soft linens, different lighting choices, helpful labels, cozy furniture. Such a nicely designed, cute cottage in a great location. Would love to return & enjoy more time on the beautiful grounds. I highly recommend this rental & will tell all my friends to treat themselves.

This is such a cute and comfortable cottage. It was very clean and was well equipped. The property managers were so eager to assist us in having a wonderful time. My husband and I are adding this to our "do again" list.

This property was beautiful, the location is perfect tucked away in the middle of hot springs without the “middle of Hot springs feel”.
Check in was flawless, everything was clean and in working order. The bed is super comfortable and the pull out couch was perfect for the children. Internet was fast and plenty of options on the tv for the children to watch.
We really enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner everyday on the back porch while enjoying the view of the lake and the Canada geese that stayed close by.
Jim Bob and Lori were great, we left our hair dryer there at the cottage and they shipped it back immediately.

We enjoyed it. The place was very clean and the owners communicated perfectly. We enjoyed being close to the water and also enjoyed our visitors during the day of two families of geese. The place was well stocked and we will be back.

It was cozy and clean and quiet. It rained so we weren't able to enjoy the back deck, but it looked inviting. Not a clear view of the lake but it had a pleasant view of the property. Nicely landscaped.
