About this apartment rental

The property includes a gorgeous all new full size kitchen, completely furnished with a new refrigerator, stove, BBQ Grill, microwave, dishwasher. Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are included. A starter set of paper supplies is provided, such as paper towels, TP, soap. Included in the unit is a washer and dryer and an iron and ironing board. Enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast or evening glass of wine on the patio with a great view of the hills . Adjoining that is the open plan living room which is furnished with a sectional sofa, and 65" flat screen cable TV with cable for your enjoyment. With free WIFI for your use. The property has central air conditioning and heating. Located on second floor. The community amenities include two heated pools, two spas and a fitness center. The location is walking distance to many popular destinations such as Peters Canyon Regional Park right across the street, Irvine Reginal Park down the street and a shopping center that is walking distance with a major grocery store (Albertson's ), banking, retail and dining. Go down Jamboree and 5 freeway and you will find “The Market Place” a huge shopping and dining center. WE HAVE A CRIB AND HIGH CHAIR FOR YOUR BABY!!

We reserved this condo while our son was competing at a swim meet at Irvine High School. Right away we were very impressed. The condominium complex is beautiful. The grounds and pool at very well maintained and you can walk to Albertson's and to several restaurants to eat or to get coffee. There are also plenty sidewalks and trails at the canyon which is right across the street. I hit my step goals every day we were there! It is a very active community and I felt very safe walking by myself. The condo itself is decorated very nicely. We had plenty of room to spread out and having a kitchen was great so that we could cook meals through the week. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the plush bedding! We used the pool every day. There are two pools, we visited both. They were clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time at the pool closest to the condo which is literally right next door. It was so nice! Michelle the owner was very responsive. From the time we reserved the condo to the time we left, she was great to work with. If we ever come back to Irvine we will definitely stay at Michelle's condo again and we highly recommend her place!

Great neighborhood in a nice area. Felt comfortable and safe. Very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Both pools were well maintained. I would stay here again.

Very welcoming, clean, nicely decorated. The owner was great to work with, quick to respond to emails, friendly, went above and beyond! We will definitely recommend staying here!
