Not clean, kitchen didn’t had the basics, air conditioning and fridge were leaking, the beds were basically starting to decompose underneath, beds were not comfortable at all, bad smell all day in one of the bathrooms, no dryer.

Apartment was partially renovated, the rooms looked ok, but the rest not so much.

The cleaning was partial, had spider webs in places inside and outside on the balcony. In one of the bedrooms the bed sheet had a big stain. The bathrooms looked like the drawers will fall on your feet, they were old and bad looking. The AC unit in the living room was licking water inside the room, on the wall and on the couch making the couch unusable half of it. The unit doesn't have a parking spot assigned like other units and you basically have to hunt a spot everytime you come back. There is public parking on the street, but depending on how busy it is it can be far enough. I had older parents with me and it's not an easy task. Also, the public parking is free only over the night but in the morning you have to pay for the day. The worst part was that the day we arrived, although we got there late, somebody was able to come and get the payment, but after that nobody answered the phone calls or messages. You are basically on your own with any problem you might have. I am not going back and I'm sorry but I can't recommend the place. Thanks

All was very good - nice apartment; very close to beach.

No designated parking space - there's a free public car park very close but at weekends there are more cars than spaces.
