Very good

Clean, quiet and easy to access.

Bathrobe is listed on the page for Studio but there were not any. The staff told us there was no bathrobe avaialble.

The hotel can be highly recommended, the nearby Metro provides easy transportation.

Breakfast was excellent. Coffee, Tea and juices were provided. The assortment of Breads, sweet rolls and certainly croissants always available. Fresh fruits and cheeses were provided.

The first day only one towel was in the bathroom

The complementary items

The bathroom tub was so high and someone can get hurt when coming out of it. The toilet did not have any sink to wash hands. The water kettle was dirty.

Good size, good location and clean apartment.

location was great and close to the station. it also had parking facility (for a price per day). good shops surrounding the apartment.

the tap on the kitchen sink was very loose and on telling reception- nothing was done. complimentary water was half drunk - informed reception. only one towel was left in apartment - again - yes - told reception and still the next day one towel was replaced with another. . safe was not working and throughout our 3 day stay it was not fixed.

nice and clean rooms but needs more prepared staff

large and clean room

we requested a crib that was acknowledged but not prepared. we then had to set it up ourselves. The room was equipped only for one person and when we asked the towels for the second we had to go to picked them up to the reception ourselves

The room was clean at arrival,but then it was never cleaned again. The mattress was not very confortable… breakfast was too expensive…

Quite surprised nice experience

The room was very comfortable. It’s definitely above four-star hotel room standard. A lot of cooking utensils in the room as well. I quite like the design of foldable table, very convenient for having meals in the room.

one of the reception staff was not very friendly. I asked him to book a taxi for me for the next day but somehow he didn’t understand English and was a bit annoyed by the request.

Great sized room, equipped with everything we needed. Clean and tidy, in a great location. Parking at the hotel. Helpful staff and kid-friendly. Very comfortable. Generally excellent.

Windows needed cleaning a little more. Staff could have been a little better at steering us at night time, but then we were speaking in English as opposed to French.

A very nice comfortable and affordable place to stay

Very well organized room with a little kitchen with all necessary amenities, comfy beds and nice bathroom. The room was very well soundproofed and the ventilation system for kitchen and bathroom was very effective so no moisture or smells were present.

Very good place to stay if you have a car or don’t mind walking 15 min yo the Metro

very clean and very helpful staff

location is far from the Metro. They also blocked 450 Euros from my credit card five days before arrival although it was said that the card is to be ised as a guarantee and payment was at site.

if rooms are not 100% good, then customer should get some money back for adjusting with issues

the services aspects is poor. the Dish wash machine doors were missing and we paid full amount for room :)
