Facilities are old and tired

La ubicación es muy buena en una zona linda y tranquila, bien conectada con colectivos, no tanto con metro. El departamento es amplio y cómodo, la cocina mdianamente bien equipada.

Había sólo dos sillas en el comedor cuando el departamento es hasta cuatro personas. AL estar en el segundo piso mirando a la calle se escuchaba mucho los ruidos de la calle cuando había música o gente (por momentos).

Proximity to UN, and busses. 10 min walk to subway. Nice rooftop bar with super views. Gym, helpful staff.

The apartment was spacious and very quiet. It was simply decorated but far more than adequate. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped. The views….well the views were perfect for anyone who embraces NYC

Some of the furnishings were on their last leg.

Great spacious well-equipped apartment. Staff were friendly and accommodating. There was a mid-week clean which was appreciated. There are gum facilities. 10 - 15 minute walk to the nearest subway. Walking distance to 5th avenue. Located close to the UN building.

The heaters in the bedrooms were on the noisy side when on and we also had a problem with the fridge which was freezing things despite being on the lowest setting.

Heritage property right next to the UN and East River. Efficient access to mid town Manhattan and Brooklyn. Spacious rooms, good crockery and cutlery. Very comfortable beds, Free laundry facilities for guests. Free and good coffee/tea/milk and chocolate in the lobby. Elegantly appointed lobby. Staff have an excellent professional attitude to help despite the constraints

Grotty old carpets and not so clean lifts. The first apartment we were assigned smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the sofa had cigarette burns and food stuck between the cushions. Sandy helped change the apartment to a cleaner, better one making our one week stay more acceptable.

Schöne Lage, schönes Apartment. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Größe war für vier Personen völlig OK. Absolut gut Lage. Die Bar im 26. Stock ist großartig.

Das Bad war etwas klein und hat keine Heizung, was im Winter nachteilig ist. Die Einrichtung etwas sehr nüchtern. Der Kühlschrank hat auf der kleinsten Stufe alle Getränke gefroren.

It was very nice and met expectations in terms of cleanliness and it was very quiet considering travelling with a toddler. In a safe location and restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets

Our toilet was overflowing on the first day but later informed the hotel who contacted a plumber.

Estuvo bien el hotel. El departamento de 1 dormitorio es muy cómodo y limpio. Aunque ingresan a limpiar una sola vez de una estadía de 5 noches. Tienes máquina de café en el lobby que funciona las 24 horas. Y tienes lavadero gratis en el subsuelo. Pedí una habitación silenciosa así que me asignaron una que no daba a la calle. No se escuchaba ningún ruido excepto el del aire acondicionado que era bastante ruidoso para dormir.

Lo malo que no pude pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito ya que nos les funcionaba el posnet. Tuvimos que pagar en efectivo lo que nos generó un gran problema. Estuvimos 5 noches y que el medio de pago con tarjeta de crédito no funcione es muy poco profesional. Deberían haberlo solucionado a tiempo. Como estábamos esperando que lo solucionen, al no haber pagado al segundo día nos bloquearon el ingreso a la habitación. Tuvimos que ingresar con el encargado para buscar el dinero y pagar en ese momento. En ese sentido tuvimos una mala experiencia. Además al reservar con Booking y pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito iba a recibir un reembolso como premio que ahora no lo recibiré y nadie se hará cargo. Había hecho la reserva en este lugar por este motivo, ya que por la página del hotel tenía una tarifa más económica. Además el último día no me dieron el vuelto que me debían, no era mucho, eso no es el problema sino el poco profesionalismo en este sentido por parte del hotel.

Great location and really nice apartment layout. Nice to have the kitchen area and a large room with a desk and comfy chair.

Very spacious for New York, amazing to have a space to retreat to and relax, space to get ready, pack and unpack bags etc. Eating out is also expensive so we loved having a kitchenette

Bathroom needed a lick of paint / few touch ups but all perfectly clean

L'appartamento grande e i letti sia il matrimoniale che il divano letto comodi. La cucina spaziosa. Un ottimo piano cottura e il frigo grande. Bella la hall e la palestra giù di sotto...

C'è un po' di rumore che viene dai motori del riscaldamento che si trovano nel cortile interno dove affacciano le finestre. Qualche pentola in più servirebbe.

Appart/hôtel vraiment très bien!! Nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous avons bien eu une chambre au calme. La petite cuisine permet de faire des économies sur les repas (chose non négligeable à NY). Il y a une machine à café disponible gratuitement à côté de l'accueil. C'était vraiment propre et bien équipé.

Le tarif est assez élevé mais c'est le cas quasiment partout à NY. Dans notre chambre la fenêtre de la sdb n'était pas super isolée donc il y faisait frais mais sous la douche ça ne se sentait pas.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci può stare specie prenotando con booking.com. La cucina attrezzata ci ha permesso di mangiare qualche volta italiano vero senza sentirsi male ( pasta di fiducia in valigia) risparmiando qualcosa perchè NYC è assai cara. Le camere tutto sommato mediamente nuove e un po piu ampie della media di nyc. Rooftop panoramico per un cocktail. La cortesia del concierge al checkout (non ricordo il nome).

La hall prima degli addobbi natalizi piuttosto triste. I corridoi ai piani con moquette indecente. Infissi inadatti ai rumori e agli spifferi con aria calda e secca a getto dai clima generali non regolabili. Il bagno rinnovato ma minuscolo ( avrei rinunciato al ripostiglio per farlo piu grande mettendo un armadio attrezzato con l’asse da stiro nel salotto ma forse avrebbero speso di piu). Un ascensore su 3 guasto e il rooftop Ophelia porta molta gente intasando la salita e la discesa. Odore forte di cucina negli stessi ( da Ophelia?). Assistenza al check in hotel fredda e distaccata. Ma soprattutto prenotato 9 mesi prima con piu volte la richiesta di piano alto e vista e mi assegnano un dodicesimo piano (lato fiume) ma ad 8 metri di affaccio su un palazzo di oltre 16 piani con rumori di sirene e dei motori del clima che 12 piani non riescono ad attutire. Peccato perchè dal rooftop si intuisce la bellezza del panorama dal 20 piano in su ( lato fiume )

Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was cleaned with a very nice view.

Room was not cleaned daily. Carpet in hall appeared old and soiled. Location is on the westside of he city with no attractions.

Excelente hotel, bons quartos, bastante espaço para NYW. Boa localização, ótimo serviço. Muitos armários, tem máquina de café na recepção, computadores e impressora. Boa academia.

O preço foi extremamente caro e o hotel fica distante do metrô.

Het uitzicht was geweldig. We zaten in het penthouse op de 24e verdieping met zicht op de rivier en de stad. Heerlijk om je eigen appartement te hebben met veel ruimte voor 7 personen. Het was compleet en super schoon!

Ik kan niet iets bedenken..als ik iets moet zeggen is dat wij in de herfst te gast waren maar als het lekker weer is heb je niet echt goede zitjes op de balkons om te genieten van het uitzicht.
