Your home away from home is in the heart of it all, just steps to the beach! You are a one minute drive from the shops and restaurants on main street in beautiful Sag Harbor, 5 minutes to Bridgehampton. Beautiful bay beach within walking distance and the best farm stand in the Hamptons right at the end of the road. Farm fresh produce and freshly caught seafood along with bakery goods delivered each day.
This beautiful, uncluttered, airy one story three bedroom home features a large kitchen with an eat in island and plenty of storage space, the dining room seats 8.
Rainy day no problem! There is a finished lower level media room with a 50 inch Satellite flat screen TV/DVD and recreational space downstairs.
Relax at the beach and come back for a family BBQ on your outside patio area and enjoy our beautiful recently installed 18x36 heated salt water pool! Plus 6 person hot tub! Shower off in our new large outdoor shower! The property is situated on a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac and is equipped with a children's playground in the back yard.

Little to be desired...

Little to be desired...

My overall impression of the property was that it leaves little to be desired. Our family stayed for 7 nights, and at the end of the trip we were just grateful that at the least we got a good nights rest, thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the town of Sag Harbor. First off, this is not a “vacation” property, it is the full time residence of a family and as such is greatly cluttered, including evidence of their family cat. The master bedroom has absolutely zero privacy, as the door doesn’t even close, the blinds do not work properly and the bathroom window is exposed to the front yard/street, and the A/C unit blows directly into your face/head because the vents are broken. Furthermore, many of the owners personal items occupied drawers/closets/shelves throughout the home and the telephone and answering machine were left on during our stay, waking us up from mid-day naps. The pool and beach toys were old, filthy and literally fell apart upon use. On the flip side, the owners were very responsive concerning a major issue we had during our stay (freezer suddenly stopped working) and seemed very nice people, the neighborhood was also quiet and safe. For the rate they are charging, I expected much more and feel the home is in dire need of some TLC and If the owners would invest in several minor repairs, as well as sprucing up the amenities, it would greatly enhance the renters experience.

Exceptional experience renting this lovely home from a wonderful Family. The owners were incredibly reliable, kind and generous as they opened their spacious home to us. Location was excellent as we were just minutes from the beach and phenomenal restaurants. We'd absolutely rent this Sag Harbor charmer again, and as well, would highly recommend to others....
