Animačný víkend

Izba bola veľká, pohodlné postele, veľké skrine na odkladanie vecí, teplo na izbe 👍 Bohaté raňajky a večere. Páčilo sa nám teplá voda vo vonkajšom bazéne. Pre deti ihrisko, minifarma a obhliadka je topka. Jazda na koni v cene. Animátori boli skvelí 👍 Okolie tiché a kludné, iste sa vrátime 🥰

Pre nás bola voda studená vo vnútornom bazéne. Veľa treba čakať na vírivku, jedna vírivka.

Aussen super schön und innen renovierungsbedürftig

Außenbereich mit Spielplatz und Minizoo waren super. Essen war gut. Pool und Sauna waren gut. Animationen für Kinder war super auch wenn leider nur in slowakischer Sprache. Indoorspielzimmer war auch gut.

Keine Deutsche Sprache oder wenig Englisch. Zimmer waren schlecht. Hatten 2. In beiden Zimmern funktionierte nicht der Safe. In einem Zimmer viel uns beim öffnen fast die Balkontür entgegen, unter dem Waschbecken war es undicht das unsere Wäschebeutel nass waren. Hotel komplett mit Teppich und vielen Flecken sogar im Speisesaal. Speisekarte für Mittagessen nur in Slowakisch. Auf Balkon ist uns fast der Putz entgegen gekommen. Zimmer trotz geöffneter Balkontür stickig und heiß.

Moc děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou

Skvělé snídaně i večeře, čistý pokoj, úžasné hřiště, krásná minizoo, animační programy pro děti, kino, bazén. Moc se nám pobyt líbil a určitě se vrátíme.

Our daughter enjoyed it a lot

The swimming pools were great. Nice surroundings. Good for kids. Convenient dinner included.

The room could be a bit cleaner. The facilities although well maintained show their age.

Room was ok but stuffy a bit, very simple. Food was plenty but medium.

The location is absolutely perfect - next to small contact zoo and national park. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Facilities require renovation: the pool, saunas, rooms. Food selection was quite limited and not always there was something to grab unless you are a fan of local cuisine.

Would rate this hotel 3* not 4! Disappointed as we expected more for the money we paid.

No kettle in the room No room service Uncomfortable beds pillows/ replaced on request No shower screen/ curtain in the bath Sink in the bathroom very high for kids to reach ( my are 6y.+4y) No fresh milk/ or vegetarian/ vegan options They use “long life “ carton milk at breakfast bar!! Unprofessional staff at the reception. The tennis courts, volleyball and mini golf area neglected .

Children friendly hotel with various attractions, located in quiet place surroundings by nature

Children friendly hotel with lot of attractions for children inside and outside. Variety of food in the buffet. Rooms are big and comfy.

In balcony lives birds and depends the room you get you have them there, making quite dirty and not able to be used. Wifi very poor in common areas, was good only in the room.
