great staff and great hotel! easy to explore the city and the island from here. we had a lovely stay

the hotel was in the very center of the old town, with easy access to all restaurants and the main street. we explored the island by bus, and the hotel was very close to the bus station. the staff was wonderful! they helped with all our questions and requests, and were so friendly and welcoming. really made our stay wonderful! also really enjoyed the pool as the weather was very warm

as it is in the center of the city it was a bit noisy at night. however, this was not a big issue for us. lovely hotel!

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή Πάρκινγκ στα 300 μέτρα μετά την γέφυρα εκτός αν είσαι τυχερός και έχει από κατο Το ξενοδοχείο είναι παλιό με πρόσφατα φρεσκαρισματα που δεν είναι αντάξια της τιμής και όχι δεν είναι 4 αστέρια αλλά ένα ΟΚ 3 αστέρια πολύ καθαρό το πρωινό επαρκές σίγουρα όχι της κατηγορίας που λέει ότι είναι πολύ όμορφος χώρος στην πισίνα όλο το προσωπικό ευγενικό

Δεν έχει απλωστρα στο μπαλκόνι Μετρια ηχομόνωση Πολύ παλιό ψυγείο ευτιχος έκανε ψύξη μετά από 12 ώρες Πόρτες πολύ παλιές με καμία ηχομόνωση Δεν είναι 4 αστέρια ακριβό για αυτό που είναι

Excellent location, nothing else for good memories.

Excellent location, near harbor and very close to the center. Very nice pool with bar.

Room has bad smell, one soap for everything in the bathroom. Stuff with no smile. Very typical breakfast for a 4 stars hotel and they even charge extra the Greek coffee.

Good location and connectivity wih the city.

Old furniture and bathroom. The swimming pool was open only for limite hours. After seven o'clock in the evening was closed. No place to park your car. The hotel needs immediate refurbishment.

This was a most convenient stay, given the outside heat was 30+ & we were very grateful for the A/C overnight! While we checked out at the normal time, we were grateful to be allowed to use the pool etc during the hot day of waiting for our late evening flight - the cocktails weren't bad either!!

Nothing particularly to dislike - there was some building/work to the flat garden / parking area to the front of the hotel, but it was daytime only, not noisy and will likely be a notable improvement once it's done! Certainly nothing to compain about!

My kind of atmosphere and service from a seaside hotel!

Great location, super friendly staff and nice pool. Aristotle helped us out with everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again.

meh.

location is very central

very expensive for one night. only one towel in the room for 2 of us. toilet bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guest. some staff were great (Kostas) but morning shift front desk staff was a miserable guy. pool was closed for most of our stay (8pm - 10.30am). was ok but wouldn’t rush back any time soon.

Nice outside by the pool, just a shame the reception team were poor!!

We went out for Breakfast, we were not told that breakfast was available in the Hotel.

The staff on Reception on our arrival were very rude. We explained that we booked 4 rooms but only 3 were required and asked if possible to move one room from the booking, we did not want a refund as we knew it was booked as a non refundable room. All we asked was for a late check out but he said very abruptly we had to do everything via booking.com and he wasn't willing to help.

After 2 weeks sailing , a very welcome return to civilisation.

The breakfast was good, the pool was lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is not a very modern hotel but is very clean and well maintained. It is in an excellent position for both the marina and the town.

More pool towels.
