Pleasant

Location is handy, noisey in the early morning. Good size room and comfortable enough.

There is a fair amount of mould in the bathroom which is extremely unpleasant, wall paper peeling off walls, overall rather tired.

Nice 2 bedroom unit in excellent location buy pricey given it was peak season.

Havelock North village on your doorstep. A lot of food and drink options within an easy walk, comfortable beds, air con in the unit, quiet despite being on a busy intersection. Space outside for kids to run around.

Sofa (sofa bed) was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Shower had some mould and needs spraying. Peak season so on the pricey side but location was excellent.

Great location, walking distance to everything, seamless check in and out, good sized room with arm chairs and 4-seat dining table.

The bed was a little hard and standing in shower water as doesn’t drain fast enough.
