Schönes Plätzchen mit einmaligem Frühstücksbuffet

Schönes Zimmer, sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet, Sauna & Dampfbad, Leih-E-Bikes, super herzliche Empfangs-Steffi

Bekamen einen unangenehmen Tisch im Restaurant, direkt auf dem Kinderspielplatz beim Pizzaofen. Als Hotelgast wünsche ich mir die Garantie eines guten Tisches fürs Abendessen. Die Service-Kompetenzen sind zum Teil verbesserungswürdig - Teller & Brotkorb werden abgeräumt während man noch am Essen ist oder dann bleibt alles ewig stehen und man muss dem Personal nachrennen, um wieder beachtet zu werden. Verglichen zu anderen Hotels haben wir uns nicht so willkommen und wertgeschätzt wie an anderen Orten - zB mit Aussagen wie „vielleicht bis zu einem anderen Mal“. Aber das ist evt die Südtiroler Art?

Ritornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio per qualche giorno di vero relax

La posizione bella perchè isolata ma fin troppo , la strada per arrivarci soprattutto di sera non bella e completamente al buio ! La camera ottima , finemente arredata e pulitissima . ll letto un pò troppo duro ...consiglierei un topper in Memory che ti fa sentire più calda e avvolta . Colazione e personale al TOP !

Beautiful family-run hotel in an exceptional location

Lovely facility in an exceptional location. Amazing breakfast. Delightful staff.

Room was a bit cramped. No aircon so had to sleep w window open.

The Dream

Highlight of the trip - the hospitality here is incredible - so thoughtful and personal. This was such a better experience versus everywhere else I stayed. If you want quaint and beautiful, this is the absolute peak. I wish I stayed here more than 2 nights. Breakfast, the rooftop tub, the ebikes, the dark curtains, the easy access to the market across the dress, the view from the roof, the access to the hiking by a short car drive - incredible. I will be back!

Wonderful property. Lack of AC is a problem on hot summer days.

The breakfast was incredible. Literally over 100 items to choose from. Completely over the top. Never seen anything like it. The rooftop whirlpool and deck was perfect for picture taking. On a hot summer day the pool temperature was was just right, not too hot.

We visited during a heat wave, and the rooms have no AC, and the regular room (without balcony) was unbearably hot with no cross-draft. Our room might have been above the kitchen contributing to the heat. Leaving the windows wide-open eventually cooled it down in the late evening, but that brought in street noise & conversations until 1am and bright morning sun at 5am, so we needed earplugs and eyeshades to get sleep. Possibly the balcony rooms on higher floors were OK.

Superb

The breakfast was simply excellent: best quality & top variety. The staff encouraged us to have a free ride with e- mountain-bike and It was an exciting experience.

We couldn't use the steam bath in the SPA.

Great place to stay in the Dolomites for couples, familes and hikers

The accommodation is very easy to find with free parking outside. Easy access to the main towns and one hour away from the main ski areas. There is also lots of hiking trails for the summer. The place is new and very clean and the staff is lovely. Always with a smile and very very friendly. The rooms are big and very clean and everything is taken care of in detail. There is also a restaurant for dinner with very good value for money. The breakfast has a huge variety of a really good quality. Overall, a great place to stay in the Dolomites as a couple or as a family.

Amazing place in the heart of the mountains

everything was lovely! the guesthouse is located in a beautiful valley, offering amazing views from the upper terrace. Our room was great, spacious, well equipped and had a beautiful balcony. We absolutely loved the spa and panoramic view from the hot bath on the roof. The breakfast was delicious, with many options, yummy local and homemade products, absolutely fantastic. And in the evening you have to try their restaurant! the staff was very welcoming and helpful, sharing tips on things to do in the area.

would return to south tyrol and this guesthouse

The location is great - near many of the sights of this particular valley. South Tyrol is truly beautiful. All accessible with E-Bikes provided by the hotel. The rooms themselves are beautiful and cozy. We made use of the terraces even when cold due to ample daylight. Staff was very hospitable and friendly. Exceeded all expectations. And the breakfast was a huge ++ Lastly, their restaurant is excellent with tasty wines/cocktails drinks.

Not to be missed

What a lovely guest house! Clearly the owners know what they're doing and their attention to detail is reflected in everything. Modern, yet homey, very kind and friendly staff, excellent facilities and restaurant, delicious food (compliments to the chef - the black rice risotto was incredibly rich and flavoursome!), rich breakfast with local products, breathtaking view. Perfect location in Villnöss, strongly recommend. Viel Nois is indeed an appropriate name for this gem, glad to have found them!
