Pool available to be heated for an additional charge of $250/week during 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F. New construction 2015. Approximate square footage 3225. Fenced in backyard. Outdoor wet bar. Charcoal grill. Enclosed outside shower. Covered porches with ocean and inlet views. No smoking or pets allowed. 2 Washer/dryers (upstairs and downstairs). Outside restroom by pool. No motorcycles or trailers allowed.
