Lovely short stay in Collingwood

Fabulous location. Great host. Lovely decking and pretty garden with its own mini hobbit door. Well appointed suite with freedom to enjoy the garden and sit on the deck enjoying a glass of wine. Good very local convenience store within a few minutes' walk, next to Farewell Spit tours. Beach very close. Would recommend.

The room heated up very quickly when the sun reached the patio doors and opening the main door into the suite was the only way to get a breeze. Note: there was a fan. Admittedly, the weather was very warm so wouldn't be an issue normally. The kitchenette available to both rooms was just outside the suite door so you might be disturbed by other guests if they cook late in the evening or early in the morning.

What a lovely room. It had everything we could possibly need for our two night stay. It was quiet with a lovely little deck looking out to the garden. We really enjoyed it.

Enjoyable stay in a cute little studio with a nice little deck looking onto a beautiful garden.

We were very disappointed with the lighting. We are both readers and it would be simple to improve the lighting. Take the dark shade off the main light and increase the wattage !!

Excellent stay for a couple in Collingwood

A very nice place and easy walk to the tours and eatery. A very good and warm welcoming host who has been kind enough to give good recommendations on food and places to visit A very nice and comfortable bed for good nights sleep. Nice hot shower. would love to be back and highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in collingwood

Great location for a Farewell Spit Trip.

Quiet location with a nice outdoor area in a good location to walk to the Farewell Spit Bus trip. Good TV channel options.

A relatively small and compact unit for two people with the addition of an easy chair so that two could sit in relaxed comfort would be nice. Can see that room size considerations make this additional furniture difficult. Not completely self contained in that dishes are washed in an adjoining area to the unit but not too much of an issue.

Good private room

Clean, today room with decent sized bathroom. Host was good, introduced himself and the room and left you to it with the option to get in touch if needed.

Only downside was it said there was an oven to use but it wasn't there, would also suggest maybe a bigger table to make and eat breakfast.

Cosy and quiet accommodation

Thanks Dan. The room was cosy and a bit compact especially if your travelling with 2 suitcases. There is a microwave and Dan is very happy to provide any additional dishes from his house if required. Dan is extremely helpful with things to do and places to eat. The Courthouse Cafe has amazing burgers and fresh juice, unfortunately shuts at 3pm.

Nothing :) Just a minor issue that the cleaning of dishes is not in the room and one has to use the laundry sink. I was cautious as there is a step with a sensor light.

We loved the location at the end of the road. We loved the deck and garden - it was very relaxing. We loved the decor. Our host was very nice and friendly. Go Bengals!

Great location, comfortable sunny unit, definitely recommended.

Location was great, close to the beach and village. Loved the little deck and garden. Daniel was welcoming, made sure we were comfortable. Unit had everything we needed. Happy to stay there again.

Bed was a bit hard for my husband but would suit others.
