APARTAMENTO Venti Sette is a modern upstairs apartment located in the centre of the Myrtleford. It features two bedrooms, one queen & two singles (or zip up king), and attractive bathroom with monsoon showerhead. Enjoy time with family & friends in the spacious open plan living with fully equipped kitchen, sofas, 50 inch flat screen TV , and dining setting for eight. WIFI available at the property. (Adjoining door to Studio Venti Sette (sleeps 2) caters for larger group stay - up to 6 - additional tariff applies - see Studio Venti Sette advert). Step outside to the undercover dining terrace with ceiling fan, views. A north easterly aspect allows sunshine to pour into this area in the mornings. Private rear parking is available with lock up storage room for cycle/ski storage as needed. Enjoy the best that Myrtleford has to offer within an easy stroll through Alpine Gate Cafe, Cafe Fez, Bastoni Pizzeria, Coffee Chakra, Myrtleford Bakehouse and Heiners Bakery are within a block. A picnic set is also provided for those who may wish to take a leisurely drive to Lake Buffalo, beautiful Mt Buffalo, Beechworth or Bright.
Whilst we do anticipate Wi-Fi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wi-fi availability is dependent on the network provider. The owner will not be held accountable for network errors.
PRICING:Mid week rate $190 / night - single night stays available with cleaning surcharge added - $50
Weekends $210 / night - minimum two night stay

Long weekends $210 / night - minimum three night stay
Christmas & Easter and school holiday periods - $210 / night - minimum four night stay.
(A cancellation policy applies).
One night stay by arrangement- $50 cleaning surcharge may apply to one night stays. Payment by Credit card available - 1.9% surcharge applies
INCLUDED: All linen & towels, tea, sugar & milk, basic condiments

Located right in the centre of town. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

We were amazed at how beautiful this apartment was from the moment we opened the door. The balcony is perfect for a relaxing day and kitchen/lounge open plan area is perfect! Dinner table is huge and the couches are so comfy! Kitchen well equipped and the beds are very comfy! Bathroom very modern and makes you feel like you are in a resort. It’s perfect and I highly recommend.

A beautifully appointed and comfortable unit in an excellent location in the middle of Myrtleford. The unit had everything you could possibly need. However the main bed was a little soft for those who prefer a firm bed.

My sisters & I loved this apartment. We had planned to go up into the mountains but at late notice had to cancel due to extreme weather. Myrtelford turned out to be just what we wanted really. 5 stars all round, thanks Sandra 👌 Jane

Well maintained, neat and tidy. We visited the high country year on year and Myrtleford is a beautiful town to base yourself to explore the surrounds. Having a well maintained accommodation with all amenities makes the holiday that much more convenient and enjoyable!!

The apartment is as described, very clean and in an excellent location, very close to a good Coles supermarket. The equipment was good, everything worked well. The balcony is large, has a small dining table, a low coffee table setting and gets afternoon sun. Indoor living areas are shaded, bedrooms get natural light. Excellent TV with free streaming. We loved our stay in Myrtleford and would highly recommend this apartment :) Don't miss a walk to Michelini Winery - lovely young lady at Cellar Door and excellent wines at good prices!

Great location, right in the town centre. Spacious, very well equipped and furnished. I'd definitely stay here again. However, the apartment could be cleaned better. There were a lot of crumbs on the living room floor during our stay.

As a family of 4 we loved our stay. Great location, was easy to get groceries, go out to dinner and have a drink. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The locked space under the stairs was perfect to store our bikes. And perfect location to head off for a bike ride! We loved our stay and will most definitely return again.

Big apartment and everything is clean. Private carpark. Clean kitchen, big living room. Very comfortable bed. I give 5 out of 5 stars. And the host is very nice and always reply my email. Very recommended!!

Property was very clean and tidy. Lovely outlook from the balcony and modern furnishings throughout. Comfortable beds and couches. Bedrooms were bright first thing in the mornings but only a minor downfall. Close to cafes and supermarket within easy walking distance. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Property was modern and fantastic location in town. Great heating inside during the cold times whilst we stayed. Plenty of room for the two of us but would definitely suit a small family. Handy to have the washing machine and clothes dryer to use as well. Kitchen facilities were well equipped. General cleanliness of property was good but a few areas lacked attention. Range hood was filthy and dripping grease whilst cooking, porch area was covered in cobwebs, there were food scraps under microwave, very minimal dish washing liquid left for us, little to no body wash left in shower. Appeared to be no wifi. Apart from those previously mentioned issues, the stay was really nice and generally good. Would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay, very comfortable beds and pillows, well equipped, roomy, great location, clean. A little bit stuffy on very hot days, no real windows and fans in bedrooms very average, but not enough to stop us staying here again, overall, very happy 😃
