The luminous property is surrounded by the wonderful nature of the Ligurian cost, characterised by the typical colours and odours of the Mediterranean scrub. Thanks to the terraces and open spaces, guests can relax and enjoy the outdoor life: you can dine or have breakfast comfortably both inside and outside the home. The large terrace which is accessed from the french door of the kitchen is ideal for many friends or families who dine together under the stars! From the two terraces in front of the apartment you look at the endless sea and the rocky coast with fortifications that the Republic of Genoa has built in front of the sea.
The property is just few minutes of walk from two small beaches while you can reach the other beaches walking along the scenic paths along the cliffs overlooking the sea (look photos!).
Framura is a peaceful and wonderful place , almost secret, from which you can, however, easily reach the most exclusive and fashionable holiday resorts as Portofino. There is just two stops of the local train (direction: La Spezia) to reach the famous Cinque Terre. You can organize trips to other villages in Liguria, like Portovenere, Levanto, Sestri Levante and Portofino, or visit cities like La Spezia, Pisa and Genoa: it takes 2 hours or less by train in opposite directions. In summer and spring, trains are very frequent and the property has the advantage of being very close to the station. Despite the proximity to these major tourist destinations, Framura is a country whose beauty was always carefully preserved: it is not possible from years to build large hotels on this coast and therefore the place is out of the mass tourism.
Recently it was made a new bike path that starts from Scalo (from the small port you take the elevator or the stairs to reach the bike hire and the beginning of the track) to reach Bonassola and Levanto . The best beaches are Portopidocchio in one direction and the Arena in the other.
Framura is strongly loved by those who want a holiday in contact with nature that here is particularly lively and almost wild.
To appreciate the little fractions of Framura: Anzo, Ravecca, Setta, Costa, Castagnola (which are pedestrian), it is better (and healthier) to walk ,so the place is more suitable for not sedentary families or families, also with small children, which take into account the peculiarities of the place.
Among the sports you can practise in Framura, in the summer you can swim in the sea and do scuba diving (reference: FramuraSub). Surf is practiced in near places (as Levanto) in spring and autumn: Levanto hosted surf events of high value as the "big Quicksilver wave invitational "in 2000 and 2001 and the" Blue Salomon Games "in 2005, events that finally led to the consolidation of a true culture of surfing in Levanto.
In spring and autumn is practiced with enthusiasm trekking in Cinque Terre and neighboring lands and railway stations between La Spezia and Sestri Levante are much frequented both by lovers of a simply, healthy walk as by experienced trekkers of the Appennines

We have been two families with teenagers and younger kids. There is plenty of things to do around and the train connection is convenient. The house is big enough for at least 9 persons. The beach close to the Framura station is nice. However if you prefer a sand beach you can easily take the train or go by bike through the tunnel to Bonassola. I really enjoyed the time. Kirchen is well equipped. We brought a water boiler with us as it is not included. Not a big deal. All instructions in the house are helpful. Restaurant up the hill as well as the small shop are good. Thanks for the great time we were able to spent.

3 Terrassen und Meerblick
Wir waren positiv überrascht vom Haus. 3 Terrassen. Alle Zimmer mit Meerblick. Netter und schneller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin
Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand.
Sehr schöne Küste. Strände mit Kies. Nächster Sandstrand in Bonassola und Levanto.
Super Radwege in alten Bahntunnels mit spekatkulären Ausblicken auf das Meer und Badestellen über Bonassola bis Levanto (circa 5 km).
Radverleih am Bahnhof Framura vorhanden. Sonst gibt es außer 2 Strandbars nichts in der Nähe des Ferienhauses.
Nächste Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Bar+Restaurant in Framura weiter oben auf dem Berg. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Es fährt auch ab und zu ein Bus.
Oder mit Zug, Auto oder Fahrrad zum Einkaufen nach Bonassola (ca. 2 km durch den Radweg-Bahntunnel) oder Levanto.
Die Bahn liegt unterhalb des Hauses, deshalb nicht ganz ruhig aber für uns war es in Ordnung. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist nicht stark befahren. Aber manche Autos hupen an den engen Kurven, was vor allem nachts und früh morgens nerven kann.

Pfingsturlaub 22
Ein wunderbares großzügiges Haus in sehr schöner Lage, Meerblick aus allen Zimmern. Es war wirklich alles da, vom Fön über Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten bis zu Malfarben und vielen interessanten Büchern. Der Fernseher hat uns nicht gefehlt. 5 Minuten zum kleinen Strand, auch mit Kleinkindern gut zu bewältigen. 15 Minuten den Berg hoch zum Einkauf in Setta. Nah zum Bahnhof, damit schnell in vielen interessanten Orten Italiens, nah zum Wandern, rundum genial. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice house
We really enjoyed staying in the house. It is quite spacious and the rooms are beautiful. The sea is really close to the house. The trainconnection is good. The communication with Giovanna was fast and easy. I would recommend it.

Bella casa con vista mare
Ho trascorso nella proprietà alcuni giorni con un gruppo di amici. La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa, così come la zona di Framura e i piccoli paesi che si trovano nelle vicinanze. È l'ideale per godersi una vacanza in tranquillità e, se lo si desidera, visitare le cinque Terre, raggiungibili comodamente con il treno.

Ottima vista e posizione
L'appartamento è molto tranquillo e spazioso anche per un gruppo grande (noi eravamo in 10). La vista è eccezionale e si può mangiare fuori davanti al mare.
La posizione è ottima, si trova a cinque minuti dal mare e dalla stazione. Il treno è il mezzo più comodo per visitare le cinque terre e le altre citta della costa.

in Haus mit einer wunderbar großzügigen, heiteren, hellen Atmosphäre. Viel Platz in und um das Haus, viele schöne Plätzchen auf verschiedenen Terassen, immer mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein Ort an dem man schöne Sachen aber auch wunderbar fast nichts machen kann. Sehr schöne, gut eingerichtete Küche. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen! Grazie Giovanna

Fantastisch
Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, mit Liebe und persönlich eingerichtet. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Von den drei Terrassen kann man den direkten Blick aufs Meer und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Die Kommunikation mit Giovanna war super, sie hat uns auch Tipps für den Einkauf etc. gegeben. Vom Haus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Meer, eine Velovermietung und der Bahnhof sind ebenfalls sehr nah. Alles in allem ein toller Ort, um entspannte und aktive Ferien zu geniessen!

Framura - ein lohnendes Urlaubsziel
Wir erlebten einen schönen Urlaub am Rande der Cinque Terre .
Die Umgebung war für uns ideal:
- ein romantisches Dörfchen mit verschiedenen Ortsteilen
- kleine Strände in Laufweite
- Möglichkeit, ein Boot oder Fahrräder auszuleihen
- schöne Wandermöglichkeiten zu den Nachbardörfern
- ein Bahnhof wenige 100 Meter Entfernung
- Möglichkeit zum Essengehen
- eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort oder etwas größer in Levanto
Das Haus war für uns Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Mit seinen Terrassen, Balkonen und Zimmern hat es auch für 2 Familien mit 10 Personen genug Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug und zum Lesen geboten.
Die Vermieterin hat mit liebevollen Skizzen ausreichend Erklärungen zur Nutzung des Hauses geschaffen.
Wer das Haus mit 10 Personen nutzen möchte, sollte wissen, dass ein Einzelzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Für uns als Familie war es kein Problem.
Für uns hat das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis gestimmt.

Pour 8 personnes EXCELLENT!! Super pour visiter les Cinque Terres ! La gare à 5mn pour y aller 15mn pour revenir, C'est la région qui veut ça. Par contre faire les courses aux Cinque terres, si vous n'avez pas de voiture, très loin de Framura ou il y a peut etre des magasins, a pieds nous n'avons rien trouvé!

Beautiful location, lovely house
We really enjoyed our stay in Framura, together with grandparents and grandchildren. The house is spacious, charming, comfortable, has a very well equipped kitchen, beautiful terrasses, and the view is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the beach and little train station (just three stops away from Cinque Terre, an hour to Portofino). Framura is a lovely spot, located in a steep valley with beautiful old and tiny villages, perfect for hiking or just going for a walk, a perfect, quiet spot for exploring the Ligurian coast between Cinque Terre and Portofino.

Tolle Lage, super Blick und einfach entspannt
Giovanna war immer erreichbar und von der Übergabe der Schlüssel bis zum Auschecken verlief alles reibungslos. Wir hatten eine wirklich gute Zeit und haben den gemütlichen kleinen Hafen und die Nähe zu Bonassola und Levanto sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Evi&Thomas (und der Rest der Bande;-)

Grande maison fonctionnelle idéalement située pour vacances entre amis.
La gare se situe à moins d'une dizaine de minutes pour rejoindre les Cinque Terre et donc on ne se déplace qu'en train. Nous avons pu faire de magnifiques randonnées sur les crêtes et dans les vignes où il y avait moins de touristes. Quels points de vue !!!!
Les propriétaires sont excessivement sympathiques et de bon conseil.

Superschöne Woche
Wir waren mit sechs Personen Anfang Oktober 2017 hier.
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen. Von verschiedenen Terrassen kann man wunderschön aufs Meer sehen - wir haben traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Innen ist das Haus sehr großzügig, Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Küche, Wohn-Esszimmer (auch mit Blick aufs Meer) - für unsere Gruppe einfach perfekt. Wir haben hier sehr ruhige, schöne Tage und Abende verbracht. (Die Bahn hat uns hier nicht gestört).
Wir waren sehr viel wandern - durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof (ca. 5 Gehminuten) konnten wir sehr bequem und ohne Auto mit dem Zug unsere Ausgangspositionen erreichen.
Auch die Strände z. Bsp. in Levanto oder Bonnasolla konnten wir nach den Wandertouren noch genießen (eine bzw. zwei Stationen mit dem Zug).
Für den ersten Abend und das erste Frühstück (unsere Anreise war Samstag Nachmittag) haben wir uns Verpflegung mitgebracht. Im nahegelegenen Ort kann man sich in einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen versorgen.
Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub sehr genossen.
Das Haus steht für uns an erster Stelle, für den Fall, dass ein weiterer Wanderurlaub durch die Cinque Terre geplant wird.

Sehr gute Ausstattung für Gruppen absolut empfehlenswert, Top-Lage
Wir konnten eine Woche abschalten - zu neunt, ist dies manchmal ein Problem - doch hier ist alles so großzügig ausgelegt, dass man sich nicht auf die Füsse tirtt.
Raumaufteilung ist perfekt.
Riesengroßes Wohnzimmer mit Zugang auf die vordere Terasse, die sich zum Frühstücken mit Sonne hervorragend eignet, aber auch der Sunset ........einmalig......
Küche ausreichend mit Ausgang zur 2. Terasse, riesiger Holztisch zum Essen perfekt,
Grill vorhanden, also Gemütlichkeit vorprogrammiert.
Zimmer gut ausgestattet,
Betten = Matratzen gut, Kopfkissen und Zudecken gut,
bei manchen könnten mehr Schränke für Kleidung da sein.
Unten Toilette mit Dusche, oben Toilette mit Badewanne - ausreichend
Der Parkplatz vor der Garage ist ausreichend, auch für unseren 9-Sitzer, am besten man fährt rückwärts rein. Für tiefergelegte Fahrzeuge nicht geeignet.
Im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt, kurze Wege zum Bahnhof,
leider hört man in den Zimmern vorne raus die Züge sehr laut, auch nachts, gewöhnungsbedürftig,
die Strände Bonasola 3km, Levanto 6 km sind genial, und am leichtesten mit den Fahrrädern, die man unten am Hafen Framura ausleihen kann, zu erreichen.
Radwege in Bahntunnels mit hohem Spaßfaktor und fantastischen Ausblicken.
Bei uns steht dieses Ferienhaus auf unseren Listen auf den ersten Plätzen.
Ausserdem ist Giovanna jederzeit zu erreichen und gibt Tipps und Hilfestellung.
