Great location and a great room for a quiet, relaxing stay

Great location and easy check in. Cristiano was very accomodating and welcoming and the room was cool, quiet, clean and stylish. I imagine that during a heatwave, this room would be excellent. AC worked beautifully.

Nothing really! If you are wanting a view, there is not much to see from the room I was in, but if you are out sight-seeing all day this will not be a problem for you.

Access to everything, great host.

Rail strike caused problems for us and the Cristiano went above and beyond in helping us. 20-30 min flat walk from station, inside city walls and everything is accessible. Very clean, easy to find and fantastic communication.

De perfecte locatie voor een bezoekje in de regio van Lucca!

Zeer aangename en mooi ingerichte kamer. Airco aanwezig en er werd iedere dag gepoetst (had dit niet verwacht op voorhand). Gastheer deelt met plezier zijn favoriete plaatsjes in Lucca voor amusement en eten.

Was niet super lichtrijk, maar viel niet tegen doordat wij er enkel in de avond waren (hierdoor werd de kamer niet te warm, al zonder airco). Een frigo zou aangenaam geweest zijn, maar natuurlijk niet noodzakelijk.

Cristiano è molto disponibile verso la clientela, cortesia e competenza completano l'accoglienza

ottimo il posizionamento della struttura, a pochi passi da parcheggi (tenete presente che a Lucca i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento e cari ma questo esula dai titolari di strutture ricettive) in zona tranquilla ma comunque a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lucca. nelle immediate vicinanze bar, ristoranti, lavanderia, alimentari, parrucchieri e noleggio bici quindi servizi al completo

Last minute booking for one night - excellent property right in the heart of Lucca.

Excellent location. Room very clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities, some toiletries and a hairdryer were an added bonus. Although we didn't meet the hosts, they were very responsive via WhatsApp. They gave us some lovely recommendations for restaurants to eat at. Very helpful.

Excellent location (within the walls) to visit Lucca. We got useful parking tips (50 m from our location) and tips for nice restaurants and bars. Communication was very smooth. Our room was comfortable, clean and designed with great care. The kitchen facilities (refrigerator, sink) were handy. We'd love to come back.

Everything was perfect. From check in to departure. Easy. It is also on the ground floor so for those who have trouble with steps it is perfect. My room had a tiny courtyard where you could sit and have coffee.

Great location and good value for money - a tidy, modern apartment

The location was really ideal, very close to restaurants and a short walk to the station. The owner was very helpful and hospitable. The room itself was modern, fresh and clean.

For the price, I found it very delightful.

The room had a very comfortable bed as well as a very good bathroom. Can't say enough about the owner, Christiano. He was extremely helpful whenever we had a question or issue. Although it was too cool to sit outside, we appreciated that this room had a small patio out back. In warmer weather, this would be nice in the evening. Location is great. It's a five-minute walk to the Piazza Napoleano which has plenty of cafes. Also taxi & bus stops. Very convenient.

The heat didn't seem to come on the first evening, but Christiano was quick to address that and made sure it worked for the next night.

the entrance is via a clean living room with good odor the room and bathroom itself also had a lovely odor and where very clean all necessary amenities were present

the room was tiny with a small window without view the entrance into the building didn’t go smooth, communication with the owner got often interrupted

Perfect! Would highly recommend!!

Room was clean, comfortable & cool with all modern amenities whilst still retaining some of the charming characteristics of the old building. There is a tiny kitchen in a cupboard with a fridge, microwave & electric hob. Perfect location within the city walls of Lucca, close to bars and restaurants. There’s a supermarket just around the corner & it’s approximately a 15 minute walk to the train station. Would highly recommend!!!

A beautiful room, curated with taste, in an historic building within the walls of Lucca. Absolutely perfect, clean and Cristiano is truly an incredibly thoughtful, kind owner. We will most certainly be back!

The room is perfectly located, charming and couldn't be any cleaner. Cristiano is a perfect host, speaks English and is easy to reach through whatsapp if you have any questions about Lucca, good restaurants, etc. I can't think of any reason not to stay here.

Unbeatable place in astounding town

Well, Lucca is a tremendous city, the place was exactly in the part of town I aimed to. Cristiano a wonderful host, always present even if not in the premises. Excellent advises, majes everything working easily.

Not important at all, but given the heat a minibar could have been useful.
