This LAKE HOUSE is sure to impress with its stunning views and peaceful atmosphere!! Our 1500 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property will comfortably accommodate 8 people. Whether you are in the mood for active or relaxing getaway, you will sure find what you are looking for any time of the year. This house is situated in an amenity filled community complete with playgrounds, pool, basketball and tennis courts. Our property is also minutes away from the Kalahari Resort and Waterpark, Mount Airy Casino Resort, The Crossings Premium Outlets, Claws 'n' Paws Wild Animal Park, Quiet Valley Historical Farm, numerous breweries, restaurants, beach, hiking trails, skiing, and more!
Downstairs includes 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a closet, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with a WOOD BURNING fireplace, and a HUGE 3-tier deck that extends all the way to the water! The kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave oven, an electric stove/oven, and a coffee maker. It is also fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils. The living room includes 2 bed-sofas (convert into bed), 60 inch flat screen SMART TV, PLAYSTATION , BLUETOOTH STEREO SYSTEM, and BLU-RAY DVD PLAYER. You will also find numerous BOARD GAMES that will provide a ton of entertainment!
Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a closet, and 1 full bathroom.
The deck features a gas BBQ GRILL, an outdoor dining area facing the lake, and a swing canopy HAMMOCK (seats up to 3 people). We also offer our guests FISHING RODS and 2 KAYAKS for a relaxed day on the lake. Outdoor area also features a FIRE PIT. Go fishing, feed the ducks, or simply relax by the water! Whatever you do, you will find your experience immensely satisfying and memorable.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $150/per stay/ per pet. Please note while pets are allowed, you must keep a close eye on them as to not damage any furniture or anything else in the house. Please do your best to limit any potential damage, use a couch covers, etc.

He cottage was very nice but was somewhat smaller than envisioned.
Also, the neighborhood was filled with litter, probably from bears but the neighborhood association should clean it up and the trash service / company should get “ bear proof” cans like the ones we used in CO.

We just got home from a WONDERFUL week at this great, clean and awesome cabin and I’m already packing to come back!! Julia was more than attentive she really went over and beyond for my birthday week. When arriving I was completely surprised and thrilled to see it decorated for my birthday!! Plenty of wildlife that come greet you every morning and evening add to this charming community. Definitely a place to come with pet/kids or just a romantic getaway do not hesitate to stay here!!

Julia is an amazing host. We had a very good time staying at this property. She is super responsive and takes v good care of her guests. We had very nice couple of days enjoying the nature and water activities.

Fishing and kayaking right off the deck into the lake. Yuliya was an amazing host! She catered to our every need and she was very quick to respond when we had questions about the community and the surrounding area. Shopping and amenities close by but far enough away that when at the house it feels like you’re in the woods.

So I'll start with the only little issues we had so I can get to the fantastic stuff.
Our only genuine concern is the house is not stocked to cook a meal or have dinner together. The pots, pans, silverware, and plates are very limited, plus there is no dishwasher, which kinda stinks.
Now on to the amazing things. The communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. Every question, concern, or idea was met with immediate promptness. Julia, the property manager was sweet, genuinely concerned for your comfort and so welcoming. She was great!
Onto the property. It was clean, fresh, and perfect (other than the above). It was cozy and comfortable and we got to spend real family time together. The deck is the most amazing thing. It has so much space and beauty to relax and watch the sunset. It was our favorite part of our trip. It was perfect!!!
I highly recommend the space as long as they save some dates for us to return! :)

The house is very nice, big bedrooms. The deck is very big and was great to hang out on. Fishing from the dock for Blue gills, crapies, ect caught alot. Took kayaks out and hit some bass and pickerel. Julia was very easy to get a hold of and checked in with us more then once to see if we needed anything.

We stayed at this beautiful property for 4 days, and we had an amazing time . House is very clean, front porch with a lake view is just AMAZING! you can get a sun tan or just relax. You can do fishing, bbq. Roman and Julia are very friendly and easy to communicate with, had no problem with check-in or check-out. Julia took care of everything in the house, and was very helpful with all our questions. Overall we had a great time, will definitely come back!!!

Our stay was great. Julia was very helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything. The house and property was beautiful. The property is located in a gated community. Shoprite grocery store is about 15 minutes away. During our stay, it snowed. An SUV with 4 wheel drive is a necessity especially while it’s snowing and ice on the road. We visited Camelback for snow tubing which was about a 35 minute drive or little more because of icy roads. We saw others in the community on the lake ice fishing. We definitely will be back in the summer.

The house itself was ok. It does have a nice deck . A bit run down looking but very functional. The interior was very clean. All three bedrooms had beds that were approximately 15 inches high from floor to top of mattress. They were comfortable but very odd. The dining area is basically a very small table with two bench seats that could only sit four people at most. Not to mention they were not very sturdy.There is a nice set of table and chairs on the deck which is fine weather permitting. The house does not have a working dishwasher. It would be beneficial since all the dishes,bowls,etc. are on a open rack and need to be washed before and after use. Julia the property manager was very helpful. She kept in touch with us daily to see if everything was ok. She also left us fresh apples to enjoy. She informed us about some of the local activities that were taking place. She was a pleasure to work with. The house itself was nicely decorated in a fall theme. All in all we enjoyed our time spent there.

The check in process was extremely easy. There was a heat issue with the house whereby the heat was coming on even when it wasn’t calling for it. However the maintenance person came over and solved the issue really quickly.
There is a PS3 with included games.
There is plenty of deck space and two levels of decks. There is no hot tub. The outside fire place is all stone and blows the heat back out at you which was nice.
The place has two Kayaks. Also the deer roam the property like they are property managers. You don’t have to worry about them running wild, the mosey all over the place and it’s neat to be with wildlife so close.
Two other smaller issues: 1) upstairs bathroom has no curtain so when you shower at night, people walking the road can see you. 2) upstairs bedroom has a sheen curtain that is basically see through. There are no window blinds or curtains.
I would recommend this house again even without the small issues being fixed.

We had a great week at this house. Check in was seamless and Julia even stopped by to introduce herself and make sure we knew how to reach her if needed. The house was very clean and the linens and towels were a huge perk. The location on the lake and arrangement of the deck was excellent. We spent our days on the deck reading or fishing, or on the lake in our kayaks or SUP. Great fishing right off the dock!The only negative was that the house and kitchen aren't really stocked for being IN the house. Let's be honest, we were there to spend time outside, so it wasn't a huge issue, but more comfortable living area seating or at least a more cohesive seating arrangement would be nice for rainy day board games. The kitchen was clean with plenty of storage, but the utensils were few and far between. A simple restock of new cooking utensils and knives would make it almost perfect. We would definitely stay again if we return to Lake Dresser!

While the Roman & Julia where very nice, a few things I wish would have been addressed in reviews. House sleeps 6 not 8 unless you don't like your inlaws and you make them sleep on a couch that doesn't pullout and a futon type couch. Beds are all platform and sit on floor. Hard for elder family members. Kitchen had broken cabinet drawers and dishwasher that was screwed shut. Not a stocked kitchen to cook for 6 - 8 people. The neighborhood was very disappointing. Trash everywhere, kids stole bike and was arrest in playground area, watched while taking a walk. The three tier deck was amazing and we enjoyed the kayaks and small lake. You can't swim in lake and the "beach" is the size of my 2 car driveway. I would not return to this location.

Enjoyed our trip to the Poconos. During the pandemic we wanted a place where we could relax and have plenty to do if we couldn't go out. We enjoyed the kayaks provided and brought some inflatable ones too! Everyone was able to get out on the water together. We also enjoyed hiking the different trails to see the waterfalls. If you are looking for things to do, we would definitely would recommend a visit to coal mine #9 tour, the town of Jim Thorpe, and the Old Jail tour.
The property manager met us shortly after check-in and was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

The property was in a great location, nicely maintained and clean. Property Mangers were extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Poconos.

Beautiful lake house just like the pictures. House was very clean. My boyfriend, two kids and two dogs enjoyed ourselves. We went fishing and canoeing in the beautiful lake. 5 minutes away from beautiful state park where there is a beach, motor boats, canoes and trails. Julia was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Will definitely come back.

The house was just as described and the property manager made a point of stopping in with her card so we could call if we needed anything. Access to the lake for kayaking was perfect along with the scenery. Also we couldn’t have asked for better weather. The only issue we had was with the kitchen, it could have been stocked a little better but it didn’t stop me from giving it 5 stars!

This worked out exactly as planned. Roman and Julia were very response to our questions. This was a half way point for daughter in NJ, myself in NY and son in PA. The house was great. Property was clean and the decks allowed for my grandson to fish morning, noon and night.

Everything was great! The owner was very accommodating. The view was impressive, even with the frozen lake. Very spacious. There are also supermarkets near by that have everything you can think of or need. Will definitely love to come back in the summer and take advantage of the kayaks they have in the property the view and the grill.

Overall, lovely home with an absolutely amazing deck! It was very cold out (and drafty and cold downstairs) but I’m hoping to return to this house in the summer to enjoy the lake and deck. Loved the fireplace and tv!

We so enjoyed hanging out looking at the moon over the lake. The boys chopped some wood and the fireplace was so cozy. We are so grateful that we could bring both our dogs. Thank you for sharing your home it was wonderful.

Comfy open concept home on a beautiful lake and great outdoor space with kayaks. Our group of 7 enjoyed a long weekend away hiking, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Owner was very kind and accommodating. May return again one day.

We stayed at the lakefront cabin for Easter weekend. The weather was not great this time of the year so we could not fully enjoy the outside, but would be very nice in the warmer weather to enjoy sitting and relaxing on the deck with the view of the lake. The house was very clean especially the bedding with high quality linens. Two full bathrooms were very convenient. House was perfect for a weekend and a get away either in the winter for snow sports or the summer to enjoy what the Poconos has to offer..

The cabin had a nice open space with stunning views of the lake. It snowed a lot during our stay so we couldn't enjoy all the amenities and explore around the house but we still had a great time. Roman, the host, was always accessible with a quick response time. Would love to come back when its a bit warmer or in the fall!

Beautiful Lake house, warm,clean, all appliances worked, we had an amazing time. About 20 mins from Camel backback! Host was very attentive to any questions we had, replied super fast and very cordial. We can't wait to return in the summer!

We stayed at Anna’s place for Christmas weekend and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was fully decorated and very clean, a lot of amenities were easily available to us. The house is in a secured and quiet community which makes it a perfect place to relax, we even got to see a few deers. Anna was easy and quick to communicate with which made our stay even better. The house has a beautiful lake view and really great surises, we will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy it a lot more!!

Our stay at Anna's home in the Poconos was great. My Boyfriend and I, as well as another couple stayed for a weekend trip. The lake house is conveniently located, only an hour and half away from NYC. The house was very clean with an open layout. The backyard has a three layer deck that leads directly to the waterfront. A fireplace, grill, fire pit, kayaks, fishing poles and other amenities are included. The owner was extremely pleasant and responsive to our needs and questions. They truly want their guests to have a great experience. This place is perfect for a mountain lake house escape for both couples and families. We highly recommend booking this place.

We had a great time and enjoyed this cabin. The multi-tier deck leads right to the lake and Anna was kind enough to let us use her fishing rods and gas grill. The views are amazing. Anna was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions we had.
