Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Heidi hat mich sehr gut ueber die Örtlichkeiten und den Ablauf des Karnevals informiert.

Das scheinbar das Buchen ueber Booking.com wesentlich teurer ist als direkt im Hotel......d.h. ich habe fast das doppelte bezahlt!

Very unsafe area with poor wifi signal and door to room wasn't secure

Wifi didn't work I explained to front desk and still it would interrupt the wifi signal very poor. I requested a refund the next after staying one night I have not received my refund for the day I paid for with my debit card.i have a copy of refund form I completed.

No me quedé porque es un lugar inseguro y horrible . No siquiera entré.

No me quede en ese Dizque HOTEL

La zona es insegura , eso no es un HOTEL. Es un MOTEL. Es horrible . Yo llegué a latas horas de la noche y tenían hasta la luz apagada y gente afuera del supuesto hotel haciendo fila para entrar . Parecían indigentes y gente mala . Horrible , deberían sacarlo de booking no oferten ese lugar .

Location was quite unsafe, don't walk around there at night. WiFi didn't work but I believe they have fixed that now

Fine hotel with questionable management

The hotel is fine and great value for money but the internet signal was very weak in my room. I needed to go to the lobby in order to use Whatsapp. I spend three nighst there and on the last day, there was no electricity. I waited until 8 pm and finally found another hotel. They refunded my money for the last night the next morning but still they had no electricity which was very peculiar since every other building did. It is my suspicion that they must have had a feud with the electric company putting all their guests in a very uncomfortable situation since you cannot sleep without A/C in such a tropical climate... Very irresponsible management and for that reason, I cannot reccomend nor would chance it by staying there again.

Disappointing

Staff were very kind, the room had air conditioning and it was cheap.

On the same street as a girls dancing club paired with a hotel. Not a super luxurious area. Very loud music during the day.
