Economic but could be better

Spacious room. AC and TV was working fine.

Bed sheets and towels weren't so clean. Coffee mug and plates had some stains. No covered parking available, only road side parking. Toothpaste wasn't provided though mentioned about toiletries. Calls to reception aren't addressed.

Trustworthy hotel

Very punctual, trustworthy, economical, consistant, creditable, polite and safe service... I have no words which can describe their services.. Staff has improve their skills, knowledge and expertise to sort out any issues, if occurs. Rest all is just wonderful.thank you .

This was a last minute booking so we were happy that we found a place on a busy long weekend.

Breakfast was good and the serving staff very polite too.

Condition of the room and furnishings was not satisfactory. AC was leaking droplets of water on the TV and TV table underneath. The black fabric sofa was home to baby cockroaches and mites, and it just never felt right to sit on and have a conversation. We also heard other guests complaining that they were under the impression that the hotel offers parking within the property but that is not the case.

Ambience could be much better. Felt the lighting was too dim and the room was too small. Basic amenities like a chair or a hanger to dry clothes and soap box or towel hanger were missing.
