Excelente ubicacion cerca al Mall Costanera y opciones de comer.

El desayuno fue completo y los empleados fueron muy amables.

Good stay!

The staff is helpful, and breakfast is good. worth the money

just strict rules, like time for check-in and check-out and quiet time as well as shower time. You need to inform them if you arrive early and want to put your bag first.

Excelente atención que hace olvidar problemas de infraestructura

La atención de la encargada del hostal. Amable, proactiva, muy sociable y cariñosa. La interacción con otros pasajeros de variados países.

En el primer piso donde me quedé se escuchaban muy fuerte cuando caminaban en el segundo piso que molestaba bastante para poder dormír.

Lovely place in Puerto Montt.

The breakfast was small but it did the trick! The front lady is wonderful, she helped me with everything. I ended up staying one extra day and she made sure I could get the same bed and not to have to move. When she heard that I was going to spend Christmas alone she invited me to spend it with her family. The staff was definitely the highlight! The location is good, I was able to walk everywhere from there and the mall is pretty close if you need to buy groceries or anything else. The hostel is small but it was filled with tourists and travelers and I ended up meeting and hanging out with a lot of cool people.

My room was right outside this common are with a sofa and TV, it was a bit awkward to have to bump into other guests on the way to the washroom. There are restricted hours to use the kitchen, so plan your meals well.

Good value for money

It’s very cozy and good value for money. Super close to the center and the main plaza. The host is super nice and friendly and the breakfast was excellent:)

It was a bit cold in our room during the night. But otherwise it was a good stay for 1 night.

in airport no cambio euro/pesos e no sim.. esci a sx. bus small Puerto Varas, bus big Puerto Montt. Ticket in sala bag 3000 pesos cash/ credit. Driver only cash... 18 km. 30/40 min. ferma al terminal. Da li seguite dove vedete 3 palazzi enormi lungo mare km. 1.40...interno palazzo c'è Unimarket big... difronte casse c'è cambio euro/pesos 925....da li 200 mt. x hostel. Si trova in salita di 15 mt.. no assensore.. ok credit card.. towel 2500 cash pesos.. no deposit x nulla incluso key... small cucina e sala pranzo small... frigor ok.. colazione nella norma da 8/10.30...Se andate via presto alla reception vi lascia sacchetto colazione... 1* piano... room 5 medio big... letti alti.. alcuni con prese... alcuni no... materasso e cuscino comodo e letto non cingolante... esterno un bagno small small e un bagno 2* piano big... sapone e c. ig. sempre presente... Al ritorno ticket solo nel corridoio big del terminal in cash e credit 3000 pesos...Da terminal partano tutte le escursioni... almeno 20 agenzie.. Visitate Frutillar 2000 pesos.. vista eccellente del vulcano Osorno... Puerto Montt tranquilla abbastanza pulita e sicura...Escursione laguna 5000 se volete, vulcano free, 6000 al lago se volete, Petrohue cascate 7000 se volete piu 20.000 pesos x mini bus obbligati pay...

Sniadanie bylo bardzo dobre jak na hostel. Fajnie, ze byly mozna bylo zrobic sobie kawe i herbate w ciagu dnia...

Straszne miejsce, ktore sie rozpada... Budynek jest z dykty... Sciany pokojow sa prawie z papieru... Problem polega na tym, ze budynek jest nieogrzewany, a w nocy sa 3 stopnie... jest wiec zdrojowo... Jedna lazienka z ciepla, ale niestabilna woda. Druga tylko z zimna, wiec jest konkurencja... Pokoj jednoosobowy jest tak maly, ze trudno jest sie w nim poruszyc. W sumie, biorac pod uwage brak ogrzewania, wygodniej jest nie walnac na stacji...

La amabilidad de la anfitriona, así como la localización del hostel. El desayuno está muy bien. En la noche el comedor se transforma en un espacio excelente de comunicación con otros huéspedes y la anfitriona.

Deseaba la cama de abajo pero me tocó la de arriba de la litera, la cual no tiene mucho espacio por arriba (ya queda relativamente muy alta). Sin embargo, se puede dormir bien y descansar como debe de ser.

Los extrangeros estamos exentos de pagar taxas, pues la señora del hostal, me hizo pagarlas proque segun ella era la comisión de booking, no es verdad. Muy muy mal. Estafar a la gente así. Además solo había agua fría

Für den Preis in Ordnung 😊

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war einfach aber mit Abwechslung. Mal gab es Rührei, mal mit Müsli oder Wurst. Es gab immer Saft zum Frühstück und Toast. Das Doppelzimmer war ausreichend geräumig. Es gab ein Fach zum Abschließen mit eigenem Schloss. Man kann sich immer Instantkaffee oder Tee machen tagsüber. Die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend bestückt.

Leider verfügt das Hostel nur einen Holzofen der im Eingangsbereich steht. Wir waren im Oktober dort und es hatte nur 6 Grad draußen. Es war sehr kalt in den Zimmern und im Flur. Man bekam zwar ausreichend Decken aber sonst war es zu kalt um sich wirklich wohl zu fühlen. Im Frühstücksraum stand ein Heizgerät. Handtücher waren nicht inbegriffen.

Cozy and cute. Perfect for all!

Very nifty and cozy place on the edge of the downtown. The man running the building (bless his heart but I forget the name!) was an absolute beauty. Lots of blankets to keep you warm at night! Oh, almost forgot, breakfast was on the house and fantastic. Even had cute little mandalorian placemats!

The location is good. close to the mall, 20mins walk to the main bus station. the room is very warm, we have a little heater in our room. the kitchen is clean. the usual breakfast time is 8:00 but we had to leave at 7:30 to catch the bus, the owner give us eggs, bread, jam and juice to make our own breakfast

the only thing is the shower water is hard to adjust the temperature, is either super hot or super cold. but other than that everything is good.

The building looks run-down from the outside Very small common area, doesn't make it very comfortable just to hang out if the weather is bad No bedside lamps, only one big lamp in the room which creates problems when people have different rhythms or some guests arrive late The shower (or at least one of them) alternates between hot and cold, it was not possible to an uninterrupted short shower with hot water

Clean, comfortable hostel in a good location. First impressions from the road were not great but once inside it was all good.

No staff available to check us in at 3pm which wasn't great after a 22 hr flight.
