About this house rental

This quiet home with a fully fenced back yard has easy access to the Boise Greenbelt and is just minutes from Downtown Boise. And your dogs are welcome.

This roomy 3 bedroom home is located along the Boise River, and along the greenbelt as well- right out the back gate. Even though its close to just about everything, you'll enjoy quiet morning and evenings on the back patio, free from noisy traffic. 5 can sleep comfortably between the queen bed, the double bed, and the twin bed, but there is an air mattress available if you need room for a 6th person. The brand new HVAC system will keep you comfortable anytime of the year. WiFi is fast and free, and there's a FireTV stick so you can stream your favorite movie or TV show anytime. There is also a bluetooth speaker to connect to if you wish. Feel free to pack light, and use our washer and dryer. There is room for 4 vehicles with the 2-car garage. There is no opener, the garage must be opened from inside the house.

*****(5) Located next to the Greenbelt and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood this was a nice spot for us as our house gets repaired. It’s close to grocery stores and a quick trip to anywhere in Boise you may need to go!

****(4) It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We also liked using the garage. The back gate opens right onto a bike path. Nothing impressive about the neighborhood. Not within walking distance of any shopping.

*****(5) We found a clean and tidy home on our arrival. Everything we needed was on location. We will stay here again.

The house was just as described. It was very neat and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The back yard was large and perfect for our dog. We enjoyed hiking right out back gate

We truly enjoy our time here. The green belt is right behind the property so we went on daily bike rides and walks. The home has plenty of room to spread out and we really appreciate the two car garage as we bring up all of our outdoor equipment with us. Troy and Kristen are easy to get ahold of and very friendly and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We look forward to our annual trip to visit our family and friends and there is no better place we would rather stay.

We came to the Boise area for a wedding and to get in some riding on the greenbelt. The property was located perfectly to access the greenbelt and we rode almost every day. The house also provided a place to entertain family and get to know great nieces and great nephews better. We we definitely come back.

there were not enough towels, no hair dryer, no tissues, no full length mirror, no info on Boise things to do, no listing of restaurants, we were tasked with having to take out the trash, no shower soap, two of the beds were too high for my short sisters to get into them, no suitcase stands in the bedrooms, nightlights would have been helpful, the back yard was unappealing with rusty furniture and no access to the bike trail through the fence. It was nice to have a garage opener to enter the house. And we appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Most of the items above would have made the experience much more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time being able to spend time with our kids and grandkids. The backyard has a lovely patio with a grill so we took advantage of the cool evenings. We enjoyed biking every day along the river and enjoyed the lush greenery that surrounds the area. The hosts are attentive and friendly and helpful if you need anything. We have stayed here twice and hopefully we will return next year as well.

This home worked out so well for our stay near family. The beds were very comfy and overall this was a very peaceful place to be. The location to the river path is wonderful. Our two dogs loved the backyard. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The location wasn't where I originally thought it was but it was still close to where I needed it to be. Garden City sure is changing a lot! This was a nice place to hang out and work while I visited my Boise area friends. I love that it was dog friendly and had a great path right outside the back gate.

Location of the house is great ! Close to everything. Quite stream and close to the park and river. House was big enough ( 4 adults) for our 10 day stay we had our own Spence if needed and the family area was great for our meals and time together. We stayed in the home for a longer period of time so we got to really enjoy the area. The backyard opens right up to the green belt and is so beautiful. There is a lot to do around the area as well. The house is wonderful and a great space. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

A very nice 3 bddroom, 2 bath house with garage and enclosed backyard. Had a wonderful time walking our dog out the backyard right on the 25 mile Boise River path. A good dog day care nearby, Idaho Dog Park. Near 34 th Street Farmer's Mkt, and many restaurants nearby. The Shreves were delightful to work with. They just redid the flooring in the whole house. The house is not far from Chinden, Glenwood, and Veterans Memorial Hwy/Curtis all major roads to everywhere in the area. Basically, a nice place to stay.

This home turned out to be the perfect fit for my family while we were waiting for our home to finish being built. We had sold our other home and had to move out before our new home was finished, so we needed a place to stay. The home fit our needs for bedrooms and bathrooms and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The owner was very easy to work with and was helpful in extending our stay as we ended up needing more time than we originally booked. Having a place like this to stay in took a lot of stress off what turned out to be a stressful situation waiting for our new home to be finished.

My wife and I stayed at the property for 30 days while we had remodeling done on our home. It is in a central location, close to the greenbelt for exercise, and contains all the comforts you need for an extended stay. Kristen did a great job communicating with us and even reached out when there was a large snowfall to see if we needed the area shoveled. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and the use of the property overall.

I stayed here for two months and it was great! Good location, house has everything necessary, lots of towels, dishes, etc. The house was very homey, comfortable, and best of all, it's dog friendly! The fenced backyard is absolutley perfect for my two Frenchies. The homeowners are VERY nice and respectful. I enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend the place for anyone traveling to or through the Boise area.

The home is as listed. It was just the right location for our group, near the fairgrounds. Totally felt safe in the neighborhood. We traveled to Boise for a dog show and this dog friendly, including a poop scoop in the back yard was just right. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a place like your home is sooooo much better than staying in a box room with kids running up and down the hall. Many thanks for having us and we look forward to many more years of being guests in your home when the dog show rolls into Boise!!! THANKS!!!!!!
