It is a very spacious villa with a unique location with breathtaking panoramic views over the coastline of Coral Bay and the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

Azura Sunrise is a sea front 4 bedroom villa providing an exclusive retreat for a party of eight or a family seeking a private haven to experience the traditional life of the Island of Cyprus. The property has a nicely maintained garden for endless, care free relaxing hours in the ever-shining Mediterranean sun.

The villa is located in the sought-after Sunrise project which offers a clean, calm and well built environment. The popular Coral Bay, a 500-meter-long bay boasting golden sands and clean blue waters, is a certified blue flag bay and is less than a 10 mins walk from Azura Sunrise.

This villa is all about location as the popular Coral Bay strip is only a 5 mins walk away where you’ll find an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars serving locally grown and prepared food. Also the convenience of shops delivering groceries back to your holiday home will make it easier for you to support a beautiful sunset meal.

The garden offers plenty of sunbathing space while furnished with comfortable sun beds setting the scene for a real oasis of calm and tranquility. If you prefer a little shade, that too is provided by the covered outside dining area where you will be welcomed with a dining set.

Through high doors you will be able to access the fully air-conditioned living room which is furnished with two sofas gathered around a modern coffee table which provides a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy the free WIFI and plasma TV with Internet TV offering UK T.V. with Sky sports and unlimited movies (as well as international channel options).

The living room opens through to a superbly equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances offering granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, high quality electric cooker, oven, toaster, electric kettle and other appliances making the property feel like a home away from home.

The 4 large air conditioned rooms can accommodate 8 adults with ease and boast large wardrobe space for storage and hanging.

The first private air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower providing ease for the elderly or any mobility impaired guests.

The first floor boasts 2 large air-conditioned rooms which can accommodate 4 adults with ease. The first bedroom sport a queen size bed whilst the second bedroom has 2 single beds with a shared bathroom. Both bedroom have direct access onto a veranda which provides elevated views onto the garden area and unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The fourth private air-conditioned bedroom in the basement has 3 single beds that can accommodate 3 adults with ease.

The house is confortable and clean, the sea view is beautiful. Everything ok. Unfortunately we were some times disturbed by very noisy neighbors.

Villa Azura is in a perfect location, quiet and tranquil but within easy 10 mins walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is direct access from the garden to the sea although its can be tricky getting in and out of the water and the access down via the garden needs some work. The villa is comfortable, although we only used 3 of the bedrooms for 4 adults, we did think 8 people would have been a bit of a squeeze and we werent so impressed with the basement bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms shared a balcony and we never tired of the stunning seaviews every morning. Overall a lovely stay.

Die Villa liegt ruhig und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Das Meer ist 50 m entfernt, mit Zugang aber über grosse Steine, das Wasser ist klar. Einkaufsgeschäfte und Restaurant sind ganz in der Nähe und zu Fuss erreichbar. Es gibt keinen Pool ( auch keinen Whirlpool) was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir waren zu zweit in der Villa und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
