We enjoyed our stay

Clean , spacious, comfortable

Occasionally after putting the door code in and it flashed green and the knob went down it was very difficult to push open… no deadbolt is installed in this door

We woke up to the owner trying to get into our room the first morning we were there. I told him that we discovered that there was no hot water, or internet after our booking being moved to a different room due to storm damage. He told us he didn't even know why they booked us because of all of the issues. When I told him again that we didn't have any hot water he kind of just shrugged and suggested that WE look for the maintenance guy and let him know. I emailed maintenance that day and their only response was that there was water. They never addressed the hot water issue. We had a little bit of hot water on Saturday night and then it stopped again. Still no internet the entire time and the tv remote was nowhere to be found. We were in town for a wedding and had to make arrangements elsewhere so we could shower properly. There were also roaches just randomly crawling around and we had to remove our food from the room so it wouldn't become infested and contaminated. This place is disgusting. We unplugged their air freshener to use the outlet and didn't plug it back in. By the next day, the smell of mustiness that the air freshener was masking became obvious. Half the roof is in the front parking lot and there's glass and debris all over. If you can't operate a clean and functioning facility, maybe you should close until you can get your mess figured out.

probably would not stay again. the appliances need to be replaced. the rules given are just crazy .

breakfast was not included. the bathroom shower was covered with strings of long black hair. the back door would not lock. the building needs so much work to bring it up to 2022 . the grounds are lacking curb appeal .

the bed was comfortable. the area was quiet. many choices available for places to eat.

Nice small condo.

1st floor location (No elevators).Ocean view. The beach. Ya-Ya’s pub.

Super cute, Super Dirty

Very cute unit. Comfortable beds. Great balcony and awesome view, of course!

Cleaning team leaves much to be desired. Bed sheets left dirty...as in used by the last guests. Found this upon check-in on Saturday night, reached out immediately as instructed. Finally got clean sheets Monday afternoon. Luckily we brought blankets and pillows for our car trip. Sand everywhere. We spent a little time vacuuming (after emptying the jam-packed sweeper) and wiping everything down. The kitchen area was quite greasy and sticky. We definitely left it cleaner than we found it! The coin laundry area just steals money. Most washers and dryers simply do not work. Its easy to see that they aren't properly maintained. Note to the owner: Do yourself a favor and find new cleaners as quickly as you can! Your unit is cute but will quickly run down if not maintained correctly!!

Cozy and quiet

Location. And the decor got you into the vacation mood.. owner really did their best to think of every thing you needed to enjoy your stay.. when we go back i will be doing my best to find and rent this again!!!

May need a couple of power strips..outlets wer limited and i was havimg to remote work..not a knock as i was able to manage but it might be something to think about adding or letting future rentees know.😁😁 also the vacuum was missing a wheel so vacuuming wasnt an option while cleaning up.
