Bonito, pero Cambiar al Personal !

Estaba muy bien la terraza con la alberca, los chicos que trabajan allí son simpáticos.

Que me dieran una habitación que es como un búnker ya que no tenia ventana!! he pedido el cambio de habitación y cada persona decía algo diferente.. El desayuno es malísimo (mejor no ofrecer nada) Y hecho el check out temprano y he vuelto por si me dejaban ir al baño para cambiar ropa, la chica de recepción me lo negó de mala manera.

The staff at the reception was very kind and friendly.

Overall, the place needs some improvements/remodeling. The halfway carpets are dirty, and smelly. Also, the walls needs new paint or some cleaning, there are stains. It would be great to have more food options for the breakfast. The access to the place is easy only by car, there is no space to walk, the road is quite dangerous for pedestrians.

First, the first day we did check in and when we arrive to the room, it wasn't ready, they were cleaning it and we had to wait almost an hour. Second, in the second day we did not get hot water, We spoke to front desk but they didn't resolve the issue. We think that we payed enough for the room and we don't deserve this. I highly recommend to check out for different options at los Cabos

It has awful smell like molds, me dew. Roaches all walls, no available extra towels ,The TV wasn't program to work at all. No ATM close to. It smelled unclean .no extra water for us. They cancelled my reservation,which was confirmed be Email after date of flight changed at airport..we had to reschedule room at high price. Instead modify check in.

This hotel was DIRTY. They even left hairs everywhere.... it was so gross DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel smells disgusting. Also the wifi didn't work in my room.

Comfort Inn is supposed to be a very respectable brand, however that was not apparent here.

The price was reasonable.

We arrived about 2:30 in the afternoon - check in time is 3:00 and the lady at the desk told us to wait until 3:00, which we did! People were arriving and everyone had to sit and wait until the magic hour of 3:00, even someone who arrived and 5 minutes to 3:00. There was no remote in the room for the TV and no one at the front desk, so the security guard scurried around and found one for us. Bathroom sink was plugged so we advised the girl at the desk who said she would look into it. Next day it was still plugged and she said the same thing again. We left the next day and the sink was still plugged! They advertise free wifi, but it was sporadic at best. Breakfast was mediocre. When there were eggs available, they were cold. Mostly they had refried beans some kind of stew. Elevators were filthy, and the room was sort of clean. It was clear that the staff at front desk didn't care. Sure wouldn't EVER stay there again. The only redeeming quality for me was the two greeters at the door - two very pretty cats!

I got there before 3pm I thought we could of check in early but no we had it to wait until 3pm even when there was rooms

the property was okay.

that it didn’t had a lot of hot water in the shower, we had it to wait until 3pm to check in even when there were rooms available
