Fantastic breakfast, clean rooms

Two front desk employees, Cole and Robbie, were particularly outstanding. I liked the big fridge and microwave, real dishes. Great room set up. Liked having a couch too. I also liked good outdoor lighting and the basketball court. The bathroom shower head is outstanding. Great place and staff is a winning combination.

There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom on arrival. Nobody said they wouldn’t be cleaning the room, and the trash was overflowing. We ran out of toilet paper and the tissue holder was empty. The food was bland… premade everything, rarely fresh fruit or yogurt or milk. High carb everything but omelette and apples at front desk. Ran out of paper plates. No fresh fruit/food, and rarely yogurt. no tea options, although there was hot water. The pool took dye out of a woman’s new bathing suit when I went to use pool; once she complained, pool not available until end of our stay, when I couldn’t use it. The worst was: 1.passing through smoke at front entrance more often than not; and 2. A nasty woman came up to me yelling that she had a service animal. I had no idea what she was talking about, and the staff person watching this didn’t rein in the out of control frenzied person. I had no idea why she was yelling at me. I realized a dog in her purse without any signage of a service animal had his head sticking up as she walked through the food line. His head was about 10” from the food. Apparently others had complained so she decided to take her frustrations out on me. The staff person standing with her should not have allowed this to continue. After repeatedly trying to walk away and asking her to leave me alone, I had to raise my voice and practically run to avoid this insane tirade. It was embarrassing. Once I returned to my seat, a woman came over and said she complained the dog’s face was level with the food. Every service animal I’ve ever seen had signage and walked on the ground. Perhaps some training that pets should not be tolerated in the food area, and what a service animal means is in order, because a fluffy long haired face popping out of a purse where it could have stretched and snagged food seems most inappropriate yet was tolerated by the staff who also let someone yell in my face when I had no clue what was going on.

Hotel amenities was amazing. I love everything about this hotel including the setup. It was very clean and the staff members were amazing . Melanie was the front desk attendant and she was great at explaining the amenities and well as other activities that me and my family could use . I definitely will book this hotel in the near future as well as tell friends and families about it .

I like everything. Wish I would’ve booked more than one day stay .

Staff was great and welcoming. The breakfast was also great. Overall I'll stay in the hotel and will recommend to friends and family.

The property is really nice - beautiful and contemporary with lots of amenities and close to the downtown area, which means lots of options for dining, shopping, etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was ample parking and I loved the free laundry option. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options for even the pickiest eaters and the coffee is soooo good and always hot.

The bed was less comfortable than I'd like (a bit firm and not really supportive), but other than that, it was perfect.

Room was large, and comfortable. If I have a job stay in the future definitely will remember to check for this chain. Breakfast was not bad for a hotel breakfast.

Staff set the tone for our stay. Kind, thoughtful, professional. Cole at the front desk was exceptional.

My son love the Basketball court Also the breakfast was good my kids love making there own food buffet style also the ladies in that work in the morning was super Nice to my boys during breakfast time i love The Kitchen area too STAY HERE if you yave a big family lots of space

When i arrive the Night crew man forgot his name when i checked in he was not nice at all ....... i did get there after 5pm due to the weather but dont give me attitude if you dont wanna work train your worker kids got feeling too

The room size and amenities . The room had everything we could have possibly needed .

The lack of extra pillows . The pool could have been a tad bit warmer; it was on the colder side .

Comfortable beds and rooms

There was a state wrestling tournament that weekend which is why we went. Friday night was calm, my kids enjoyed the pool. Saturday night was extremely loud, parents were drinking in the halls and lobby while their kids (a lot of them) ran up and down the halls yelling, playing football and acting a bit crazy in the pool. No one asked the kids to settle down and lower their voices. I did not let my children go to the pool that evening because there was just too much going on and I did not want my girls to get hurt or be in the way.

The staff went beyond excellent customer service. I can't thank them enough. They made sure we were comfortable.

There was a group staying at the hotel, and parents left kids unattended at the pool with no parent supervision. While I went into the pool area, the kids were acting recklessly. Running, diving in, and so on. No parents to be found!! A couple of mins later, moms walking in but seem not to care of children act. Will within seconds later, a kid jumps in seeing the other kid drowning. It's not the staff fault. It was a busy night, and while my group was just minding our business. There should've been a sign posted that no kids left unattended without adult supervision.

Loved everything except there were people on the next floor above us who made lots of noise(probably a kid) and one night someone smoking out in the hall...The staff were exceptional in investigating and were most helpful...

I tried the breakfast bar once and was not thrilled with the little mini waffles at the breakfast bar...sprayed the griddles with veg oil spray very thoroughly but they still managed to stick to the waffle iron...otherwise the staff were very friendly, helpful and amazing!

I Had To Check Out Early Because Of Early Labor

Loved the friendly, informative staff that greeted us. And the coffee. So nice to have fresh coffee and apples when we checked in. Loved the spacious room with our special needs son. Great space to move around.

Better pillows were needed because I had shoulder surgery and needed better pillows to keep my arm upright at night.

The staff was friendly and amazing. room were large, comfortable and incredibly clean.
