Beach Place 310 - Please note that due to our hurricane season the elevator in the beachside building is temporarily out of service. The one bedroom and three bedroom units are located in this building. The two bedroom condos are in a different building and that elevator is operational. Contact us today to inquire about available discounts.

This unit contains a comfortable living area including a 42 inch flat screened television and access to the outdoor balcony, which offers amazing views of the beach and pool. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, and take in the amazing sunsets. The full kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking during your stay, as it is fully stocked with utensils and nice appliances. Dining table that seats up to six is just on the other side of the open kitchen, making everything convenient, relaxed and easy!
The master bedroom has 2 double beds as does the second guestroom. The third bedroom has 1 double bed, and all provide lots of room, including dresser drawer and closet space. The bathrooms are stocked with linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI, washer and dryer, and ONE parking spot is also included. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

The location is great! We have stayed in Maderia Beach for years and always have a wonderful vacation. This particular unit is in dire need of an update. It is clean, but it is so old that it feels dirty. Not a unit that we will stay in again, which is a shame because there are so many nice units at Beach Place.

Beautiful location on the Gulf! Mattresses in the master bedroom should be replaced,not very comfy!The carpeting does not look that good and would look better with something else. We had lovely weather which was great! We'll be back!

Our stay at Beach Place was an excellent experience. The location was beyond our expectations and the accommodations were equally as great. The beach itself was beautiful and all the surroundings Johns Pass was a pleasure. In all it provided us with everything we were looking forward to. We plan to revisit the first chance we have. We stayed in 310. Condo was clean, but extremely outdated. I do not believe it has ever been updated. It also only came with 1 parking space which can be problematic because parking is $72 dollars a day in public parking.

They are very helpful.We booked very late and our choices were very limited, so that is on us.Our one issue, for where this condo is located and pricing, it is extremely outdated. Check in and check out were seamless. Our particular unit was dated. No up grades have been done , all fixtures are original to When the building was built. The carpet may have been replaced some years ago. There were dirty hand prints on mirrors. The kitchen cabinets had something running down the faces. The top of the fridge was filthy. Wire shelves in walk in closet were caked in dust. The dressers in the bedrooms were dirty inside. The beds are terrible, the wife and I had a horrible week of sleep. It’s an gulf front unit so the view is great. I could deal with renting again if the beds were updated and it was cleaned properly. Basically we got what we paid for.

location, location, location. Had a wonderful stay. weather was great. Only rained once and it was at night. yea! BEAUTIFUL 3rd floor view. if I had to leave a suggestion it would be to replace the balcony furniture (upgrade) and get a higher table. and to put removable shower heads in the tubs. Kitchen was adequate. I cooked most every morning and most evenings. Another great stay. I think this was my 4th time staying at Beach Place. I will be back.

This was our 5th time staying at Beach Place Condo's.We loved the beach, the area, pool, etc.The unit we stayed in was TERRIBLE, worst we ever had in all of our vacation stays around the country. Our unit had a broken microwave, leaking sinks, running toilets, a dishwasher that did not dry the dishes, horrible mismatching furniture (including a bent couch!), rock hard beds, very old carpet, flickering lights in the kitchen, mini-TV sets, patio chairs that you buy for $4.99, missing dining room chair, and on top of that was the unit was dirty to the point there was black MOLD under the bathroom sink where they kept the towels.On the positive side, the management tried to rectify some of the issues, but were not successful.Again, we love the area, but may not rent at Beach Place again.

I have stayed at Beach Place for the last two years and the first year we loved it. However this year was a horrible experience. When we got to our unit we realized the dryer did not work. I sent several unanswered e-mails to have it looked at. Needless to say we had to pay to use the public dryer the whole week and pack our wet clothes down the hall to dry them every day. I have asked to have someone contact me about the dryer and still have not been contacted. The unit is outdated with old carpet and cabinetry. I think we at least deserve some refund or discount for our next trip due to the dryer issue. The elevator is also so old and slow that it makes it miserable to stand in the heat and wait on it every time you leave your room.

The room was VERY outdated with brown carpet. Beds were very uncomfortable. Kitchen completely outdated and appliances worked so/so. Couldn't turn AC on under 72 - room was very hot. Broken tiles in the laundry room. Bathrooms very outdated. Had tiny ants in every room. TVs in bedroom were horrible with the color - one had a DVD player attached to it and the screen was green. Would not recommend, and will not be staying in this unit again.

Wonderful ocean view. Closeness of John's pass is a plus. Caddy's close by, one of the best restaurants. We loved the balcony. Closeness of the pool and pool was cleaned everyday. We had our own personal washer and dryer though the dryer needs to be replaced. Sometimes it worked. The filter was full of lint. However we would definitely stay here again

Many maintenance issues, the washer and dryer are both not operational. Needs multiple items repaired and disgusting furnishings thrown out. Property is old and not well maintained.

Beach Vacation 2022
Great location and condo for a beach vacation. The condo was right across from John's Pass which afforded us the opportunity to walk to dinner each night. Not many places nearby for breakfast if that's your thing. There was a small coffee place with some muffins and such in John's Pass and I was told a restaurant opened at 10 for breakfast, but we were on the beach by then. Only cons were 1) no bathroom on ground floor at pool and 2) the building/condo still uses a key system.

We spent 5 nights at Beach Place. Our experience was wonderful! From our initial contact online about reserving a rental, to checkout was easy and the staff very helpful and professional! Great customer service! Our unit was perfect for us. It was very clean, and spacious. We are a family of 7, 2 grandparents, and our daughter, her husband and their 3 children. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins swim past. The kiddos loved, loved, loved the pool! We also enjoyed some beach time every day. Both areas were kept very clean. We all had a great time, and enjoyed our time together. The only complaint was the slow elevators. This was a very minor issue and did not affect our satisfaction with Beach Place. We will not hesitate to reserve a condo at Beach Place again!

Property was a disappointment.
We booked our condo through VRBO and expected a nice property. It was the opposite. The condo was extremely rundown. The entry door lock was difficult to operate and did not seem secure. Most of the other units in the building had touch pad combination locks. The condo was extremely dated. The bedrooms and living room had ugly brown and green carpet. One of the front bedrooms smelled like urine. The balcony sliding screen door was broken. The thermostat was programmed to limit the air conditioning to 72 degrees. The unit became humid and uncomfortable as the outside temperature climbed. The veneer was peeling on the kitchen counter. The kitchen cabinet panel below the sink was falling off. The linoleum floor in the laundry room was peeling up. One of the shower heads was clogged with mineral deposits and had low water pressure. There was rust on the kitchen appliances. There was hair in the bathtubs when we arrived. We went into our neighbors unit and it was very nice. We feel that we paid way too much for this unit. The location and view were great but the condo was unacceptable at this price.
