A jewel in the Desert

The property owner, Barbara, is wonderful. She and her husband have created the most beautiful place to stay having thought of every detail to welcome the guest and make them feel comfortable.

Best resort feel, only thing missing were a bunch of people.

one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Barbara and Wayne made sure you have everything you want. the property is beautiful, mornings on the porch are priceless and the pool is five star excellence. we can’t wait to return.

A PERFECT CASITA IN A PERFECT LOCATION

The owners, Barbara and Wayne, had the fridge stocked with soft drinks, condiments, beer and wine. They also had bagels and sweet rolls for our breakfast as well as eggs. Every detail in every room had been taken care of. They are wonderful people.

We didn't like leaving.

Exceeded expectations and I would gladly stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Loved being able to sit around the pool the first day while we recovered from the overnight flight, then being able to eat and relax in the outdoor living space in the evenings.

The place was a little hard to find the first time (and the first evening when it was pitch black out), otherwise, everything was great.

Needed a facility for three adult men for a week to stay in while attendinga local competition.

Pretty location and a great facility. Owners were gracious and helpful and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Resort Style Stay in Cave Creek!

The property was like a high end resort!! The private patio with fire pit, comfy cushioned chairs and heater (oh, and the outdoor tv!) was such a delight! Barbara had a lovely charcuterie board, wine, pastries and coffee, too! Beds were comfy! Kitchen was so well stocked! FUN fireplace below the tv was so welcomning! And, Barbara was lovely!!

It was very relaxing and refreshing few days in a wonderful and private casita.

The casita is lovely. It is so comfortable and well appointed. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING needed to make their guests comfortable and appreciated. We loved all the little (and not so little) extras -- from the moment we walked in and were greeted with a personalized note on the chalkboard to the wine, cheese, fruit and crackers plus bagels and pastry; the bathrobes and slippers; the fresh flowers and the incredibly well-stocked kitchen and bath. We really enjoyed the privacy and serenity of the pool and patio.

There are no negatives.

Awesome place with top notch amenities that has everything you could ask for. Great location that was easy to get anywhere—PHX airport, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Tonto National Forest, etc. The private pool area and the outdoor living room were beautiful—we spent most of our time out there

The only thing more we could ask for was a second bathroom but that was because we had 2 adults and 3 teenagers but otherwise we didn’t feel crowded at all!

Awesome!

There were many nice extra touches that I did not expect! The meat/cheese/fruit plate that was there when we arrived was just what we needed after a long road trip. There was a nice assortment of pastries, beer, wine, condiments and other snacks. We planned to fix all of our meals at the casita to minimize our potential COVID contacts. The kitchen had everything we needed to accomplish that task. We spent most of our time when we were not hiking or horseback riding enjoying the pool and patio. This was a very relaxing getaway! The hosts were awesome! I really liked staying in this equestrian community. I would love to stay here again!

The pool could have been warmer but that was not a deal breaker for us. We would return.
